The apartment is awesome... Location is good .. Is like u r staying at ur own apartment....

the space , two apartments was fantastic

non-gaming las vegas hotel. close access to the Strip. large 2 bedroom villas. excellent staff! Valet and front desk especially.

no on-site restaurant broken cup stayed in hallway, was never picked up by housekeeping. rooms were showing wear. (carpet fraying, shower door didn't close, etc., but not a deal breaker)

I loved this hotel! Have stayed in others before and we are booking this hotel for our next trip to vegas! The view was awesome and the beds were amazing!!

Although I love valet parking, this is the only thing I kind of didn't like but just because of the wait and if you forget something in your car you have to wait so they can get the car for you. The wait was kinda long.

With two family groups it was excellent having the two rooms joined by the common lobby, which then gave us two kitchens and 3 toilets.

We couldn't have the internal doors permanently open (we chocked them open with wedges of folded paper). I suppose we could have asked for a wedge to hold the doors open.

We liked everything! Very good hotel.

The rooms were a great size for a family and having abashing machine was wonderful. The location was good, so we could get away from the business of the strip.

They have family event for example Easter egg hunt and pictures with bunny... Loved it will be staying there again soon

I would prefer the room to be cleaned during our stay and not just "stretch the blankets."

No restaurant, poor facilities, unfriendly staff, old interior

Good hotel right next to the Las Vegas strip & very central

Checkin was not until 4pm. However the biggest issue is that they are building a new tower next to the hotel and it gets extremely noisy - especially on a Thursday when they start the jackhammers at 4:30am!! When my wife complained, she was given a set of earplugs. We were not told about this and would have changed hotels had we known.

Fine hotel

Bar and pool at the 34fst floor were closed. Fine Hotel, but nothing special for the strip area. Better choices for less money available

It was right accessed from a casino but within itself it is just a nice hotel

It would have been nice to know that they are under construction and while we were there they were working right above us. Also the pool and hit tub were closed due to construction.

I thought it was extremely poor that the swimming pool was unavailable during our entire trip. We were told this upon arriving and I found it very disappointing that no warning was given. Many other hotels in the area had pools and I looking back I would have rather paid the £100 more to stay in the Mandalay bay hotel with their facilities.

Amazing hotel. We stayed in a two bedroom with 3 adults, 2 children and a baby. The place was huge and it's location to the strip cannot be beaten. If you stay anywhere else you are crazy, the rooms were beautiful and again..location location location.

Time share they try to get you into. However it did get me $400 off my stay so that was ok. Not much I didn't like about this place

Loved my stay there! We were a group of friends and took the 3 bedroom villa which was even better than i had thought it would be. Had an absolute blast and it was cool playing the loud music cuz it cant be heard out of our suite. I definitely recommend it!!

- the location was EXCELLENT, right next to the strip - clean - spacious - all in all, I found this to be an excellent choice, and I would recommend the Grand Chateau (and OF COURSE) Vegas to any of my friends!

- I was expecting to also have at least some sugar & creamer in the kitchen, to go with the complimentary coffee. It was after all no biggie for me, but it may be something small to make a big difference for your customers.

The staff was very friendly and good service

I would have like a restaurant. There was a loud noise in our room like a wind tunnel when the door was closed. It kept us awake for both nights. It was very distracting.

Location, privacy, room size&decor, comfortable, friendly staff (Scott at the check-in was WONDERFUL), recycling available, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful shower and bathroom.

Valet only

Nice rooms, very clean and spacious. Good location, off strip but close enough to walk to in 10 minutes.

Construction works, and no on-site cafe or restaurant

I loved the hotel, conveniently located but not in the heart where it is noisy and too busy. Rooms were lovely and the views were great. I would highly recommend this hotel.
