Excellent service from RAY at sort desk, and CHELSEA on front desk.

I liked the villa suite that my extended family and I stayed in. We got to spend quality, relaxing time together. The lagoon swimming and pool swimming were fantastic. Our ocean view was wonderful! The price was reasonable.

I had wanted one of the villa bedrooms to have two beds instead of a king, but that would have cost a lot more.

Parking was very expensive. Valet or Self park. Theres no other option which was unfortunate

Everything overpriced in restaurant and market,no access to city if you dont have car ,overpriced parking, no shuttle from and to airport , had to go to different hotel to get shuttle to airport.

the quiet location out of the hub hub of Honolulu was a big plus and the lagoons are wonderful for swimming. The path along the shore is great for early morning or evening walks and runs.

Very family friendly, lots of activities for kids (I like that most are free) Great pool and beach facilities. I really liked the linger longer option that allowed us to enjoy the facilities rather than have to wait at the airport for hours.

The staff didn't seem to know anything about the resort aside from their own job. I asked the aloha desk about a laundromat nearby and was given poor directions. He didn't even know that there was laundry on site.

我们一家三口春节期间来度假。房间很大很舒适，位置很好远离嘈杂的都市。最喜欢它的厨房，所有厨具应有尽有- ，非常方便，总之在这里我们度过一个非常棒的假期！

酒店没有中文服务。

Malý výběr možností stravování, resort je mimo hlavní rekreační oblast a přesto, že jsou apartmany vybaveny kuchyní, nakup potravin je v místě velmi omezen. Dvě restaurace mají americkou kuchyni, a slabý výběr. Resort je hodně využívány rodinami s dětmi, je proto velmi hlucňo kolem bazénů i u laguny, což muže byt únavné.

Tudo no hotel é muito bem cuidado, os funcionários são educados e prestativos. As piscinas são legais, sendo que para quem quer relaxar existe uma piscina própria, sem crianças, muito bom. A lagoa na frente do hotel é bem gostosa. Os dois restaurantes são muito bons, com preços razoáveis. Quarto limpo e arrumado sempre. Excelente opção para família. Tem loja de conveniências dentro do hotel que, apesar de não ser barato, é muito útil. Serviço de vallet muito bom e rápido. Em caso de voo noturno, após o check out, pode-se utilizar as facilidades do hotel, e ainda tem acesso a um local excelente para tomar banho e guardar as coisas durante o dia, com toalhas e secadores de cabelo. É longe de Waikiki, mas para quem quer tranquilidade é perfeito e o acesso é fácil pela freeway.

Reservamos um quarto "ocean view", mas nos colocaram num quarto sem vista, com uma palmeira na frente. Reclamei e mudaram para um andar mais alto, que dava para ver um pedacinho do mar. Se eu não tivesse reclamado, teria ficado ali naquele quarto sem vista nenhuma.

チェックインに時間がかかりすぎ。　手際が非常に悪くお客さん一人あたりにかかる時間が長すぎ。　日本からの長いフライトのあと長い列にならんで待つのはつらい。　マウンテンビューの部屋のはずであったが、２階だての駐車場しか見えないパーキングビュー。　車の駐車料金も高い。　 ぜんぜんリラックスできなかった。

Kid-friendly lagoons for beach swimming and several pool options. Fun activities for kids. Several dining options within walking distance. Nice rooms with lots of space.

小さい子供連れには、良いところだと思います。アクティビティもたくさんあるようでした。小さなキッチンが- ついていますし、１階には、レンジでチンできるものが売っているのでそれを部屋で食べるのもいいかなと思い- ます。

レンタカーで到着した時、すぐお世話係が来なくて如何なものかと思いました。同じに到着したアメリカ人がま- ずチェックインしてくると言っているのを聞いて同じように行動して、どこに駐車するのかわかりました。モア- ナタワーのチェックイン場所が２階があり、めんどくさい感じがしました。泊まる場所は、コナタワーだったの- で、最初移動の仕方もよくわかりませんでした。 １日３０ドルの駐車料金もどうかと思います。

ワイキキの喧騒を離れ、とても気持ちのよい、ゆとりの時間をもてます。 食器揃えも完璧でした。 コオリナカントリーの予約は前日でも可能でした。

私たちはレンタカー利用でしたが、買い物に行くためには、車がないと不便だと思います。
