felt like a celebrity or a very important person. like the view like the location right where the action is.
Absolutely no bad experiences.
The location of this resort couldn't get any better. Gorgeous.
Parking stinks with a 30 per day price tag but beyond this everything is first class
Me and the wife stayed here for our 15 anniversary and we had a ball, pool area is great ,location from beach and other attractions is great, clean and we were giving a free room upgrade, front desk help rates as a 10 thanks for the great memories
What the 30$ additional resort fee "includes" is terribly high, especially when the hotel is under construction. The wifi was NOT amazing.
The Location can not be beat, the ocean view rooms are stunning and the beds are very comfortable. The staff were impeccable 5 star.... Lani at the front desk could run that place she's PLATNIUM customer service.
Staff very good and room fantastic. Room service good and bed very comfortable.
We come from the country not use to all the noise.
proxcimtiy to attractions, beach, zoo, shopping, aquarium, restaurants. Great view of ocean and surrounding area of Waikiki. The quickness of the elevators were surprising.
Everything was walking distance, view of beach was great, hot tub was great for the cooler day
Requested a king bed, got a queen Hotel was being renovated so it was not attractive.
Beachcwasvrightcacross the road. Ate at the Italian restaurant attached to Marfiott. Good was excellent.
Had too many tour groups coming through the hotel, long queues at reception. Queues for breakfast were always too long, so went elsewhere.
The location was excellent being across from a good beach. Weather let us down for using the beach. Gym facility was great.
Bad check-in experience at front desk I ever had at hotel.no smile no Aloha sprit No professionalism what so ever.
The Location and the pools
Not sure why our credit cards declined when we booked from the booking.com that was a issue.
The ambience, proximity to the beach and facilities, and the excellent spacious room on the 33rd floor.
So I was content with the price until everything else was added on. With amenities and taxes and everything else the price jumped almost $100.
I thought this hotel was really clean, which is number one on my list! The view was pretty awesome too. Also they had quality pillows and a comforter. And can't forget military discount
Pools are small
Great location The beach is across the road Road it is on is busy and will be having work on it soon Concierge great
The $30 resort fee was a bit of a rip off. The restaurants were overpriced, and wifi should have been more reliable in the public areas.
Polite staff. Clean rooms. Nice location.
The only complaint I have is the line up to check in was to long and it took to much time to check in.
Very clean and friendly staff! Very close to all the great things to do in Hawaii. Also beautiful property with nice pools, shops etc.
The hotel is old and could do with a refurbishment.
Location and view was great. Clean spacious room.
Appalling food Lousy facilities
The concierge will try and sell you tours but we found that it would have been better off going it alone. The tours to Pearl Harbour will cost you about $165.00 per person but contrary to what they tell you, tickets to the Arizona Memorial are not guaranteed and it is free. The tickets to the USS Missouri are about $27.00 so you can do the same sights as the tour for about $30 per person on the local bus. It would have been nice to have a few more breakfast options but if you are happy to go out for food (we went to the Cheesecake Factory about 4 times because it was so good) then the hotel is really in the best location and very nice.
Location. The hotel is not down on the main part of the beach so there is always space. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.
Bathroom was a little small.
The view was fabulous. Could see all the way up the main drag. Could see the beautiful beach and all the people walking along the main part of Waikiki.
The resort and staff far exceeded our expectations .Will definitely recommend it to future travelers .
As Marriott is on Kalakua avenue which is presitegious and busy, it is hard to find a parking spot nearby. Most hotels nearby charges more than $30 to park over night. I would recommend not have a car but walk every where from there.
This hotel is located on Waikiki beach. We had a great access to beach and Diamond head trails as well. It is safe area where many people walk on the street even up to midnight.
free shuttle service, airport
