It was close to shopping, food, and the beach. It was clean and the lobby was nicely decorated. It had a nice outside eating area. The hotel was quite old, our beach front room was on the side overlooking the next door hotel's roof. Over that you could see the ocean, which was quite far away. The balcony was old, and shared with the room next door. The pool was plain (the Double tree hotel next door was nicer and a bigger pool) They had a sandy area with hammocks that was ok, but not near the pool. |

Found hotel pleasant, clean with easy access to the beach, broadwalk and shopping along Lincoln Road. The main hotel foyer has been upgraded; Suggest that the breakfast area which is at the front of the hotel, be moved to the rear. A sun-room is already in place which looks really inviting,which we did not have access to and this area is much closer to the kitchens. The beds need replacing; we had one that creaked and groaned; also no stop for the bathtub |

Location was great. The hotel was very rundown. The air conditioner was very loud every time it came on.Smoking floor had people smoking in their rooms. Windows were single pane, so street noise was really loud. Most hotels in the area are rundown, unless it states renovated. I was disappointed. Down the street is a great little cafe that serves great breakfast for a great price. |

good location and friendly and helpful people at the door, desk and even the night guard. I didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked tempting to go swim. The noise from the street (Collins Ave) and the fact a room change was difficult. I was told by other guest at the same hotel they had a quiet room. It is known to be a general issue on Miami Beach. I would suggest double sheet windows on the noisy rooms. |

Your staff were great, the location is wonderful too! Some of the rooms are looking a little 'tired'. Some minor repairs/updates would go a long way. |

Beliggenheten Hotellet luktet dårlig. Vi fikk rom ved siden av heisen som bråket helt forferdelig I løpet av natten. Selv om vi hadde betalt for 2 dager, reiste vi etter en natt. |

Ligt in de art deco wijk van Miami Beach. Dichtbij ocean drive. Hotel ligt aan het strand. Vriendelijk personeel Hotel zou algehele opknapbeurt behoeven. Plafonds en wanden zien er niet uit. Badkamers te gedateerd. Bedden zijn nieuw en goed, maar daarmee redden ze het niet. Het is het allemaal net niet. |

Me alojé en el Marseilles durante una semana y realmente fué una buena experiencia.Es un hotel muy bien situado,con acceso a la playa y a unos pasos de Lincoln Road y lugares de atraccion..El personal de recepción,en especial Julián,sumamente amable.También Orlando,quien cargó con nuestras maletas.Volvería nuevamente. El frío que pasamos en la habitación algunos días debido al aire acondicionado. |

Locatie is goed, dicht bij Miami Beach' Art Deco district en Lincoln Road en met directe toegang tot het strand. Ondanks print van de reservering in de hand, ontkende receptie medewerker de boeking. Airconditioning werkte nauwelijks. |

A localização do hotel . Necessita de uma ampla reforma pois suas condições não são boas para o preço cobrado. Melhorar as condições de higiene que são precárias ( encontrei uma barata no banheiro ), chuveiro péssimo , carpete imundo . Melhorar o atendimento ao cliente . |

proche de la mer Hôtel beaucoup trop bruyant. Aucune isolation des fenêtres donnant sur la rue principale. Impossible d'ouvrir une fenêtre pour aérer la chambre. Les communications téléphoniques sont hors de prix. Les communications qui n'aboutissent pas sont payantes alors que l'on ne parle avec personne. |

Le personnel est agréable et à l'écoute du client : la chambre que j'avais réservé ne me convenait pas (la climatisation était bruyante et le bouton pour l'arrêter était cassé, la baignoire avait une énorme tache). J'en ai fais part à la réception et on m'a donné une autre chambre. La piscine est agréable. Donc ok. La qualité de la réception des chaînes télévision : dans l'ère du numérique avoir des chaînes brouillées comme en 1980 est inimaginable. La moquette de partout : mais c'est une manie aux usa. Vive le parquet ou le carrelage. Les chambres sont un peu "vieillottes" mais c'est compréhensible : c'est South Beach et Art Déco district donc il faut laisser cette impression de vie des années 30, 40. |

Situation géographique, hôtel idealement placé. C'est un vielle hôtel mal insonoriser, climatisation déféctueuse à éviter avec des enfants en bas âge. |

La chambre était belle avec vu sur la mer. Assez cher par contre mais bon c'est South Beach.... Il n'y avait par contre pas d'ambiance à la piscine et dans l'hôtel alors nous sommes allé manger ailleur pour le souper! |
