I didn't like that the door to the pool area closed at ten pm. Not wanting to swim just wanting to enjoy the lovely deck seating area for evening social hours. I also was extremely displeased with the fact that beach chairs were not complementary for guests of the hotel. The restaurant staff were a bunch of imbeciles, albeit extremely nice ones. And my final dislike of this hotel would be the lack of mirrors in the rooms! They have provided a lovely shower area combined with the toilet but should most certainly install a large wall sized mirror on one of the walls.

The staff was very friendly!! The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Location

Room that I requested wasn't available. Deposit required that wasn't in Writting. No hot WATER.Tiki bar closed at 5. Totally over priced. No place for parking so had to valet next door for $35 and had to carry all of my luggage myself to get my car. Breakfast took almost a hour and there wasn't anyone there.

The room was nicely done and attractive. The staff were very helpful. We had an ocean view room. It had a beautiful location. There was a restaurant on premises.

Parking. It was probably true for any city. It just wasn't convenient.

Location near clubs, shopping and beach

Staff was not dressed uniformly. Breakfast service was slow and food was not good. Front desk person gave us the wrong code to the back gate to get back in from the beach. TV didn't work. Couldn't reach front desk by phone-phone didn't work. Had to call the hotel number from my cell phone. Off-site parking was a surprise.

The area was nice close to the ocean and had a private beach and pool.

The tv channels were ratchet.

Everything else. Glad we were only staying one night. Very dirty rooms.

rooms could need some more up date although toilette are remake new . Wifi on and off not good for me since i needed to do business .

Beach/seaside Bathroom Staff Food

Room needs a little more color, too plain. No free WiFi No computer desk No mini fridge (in my room anyway)

The location was phenomenal. 2 boo is from the famous Lincoln road mall and beach front with a pool. (:

The hot water in the bathroom sink was a trickle. That made it hard to shave. Maybe it's just me but I like to shave w hot water. The toilet flushing handle didn't work properly. It had to be jiggled go make it stop running and flush.

I really like that it was walking distance to the beach, the pool was awesome and that is was walking distance to stores, etc.

It had no microwave and refrigerator which is a must for FL hotel to save $. Also we had a rental car and did not realize we would have to pay to park the car for 4 days.

Dirty due to constructions, although we have been told that all constructions were done before coming. Incredibly noisy Got a room with 2beds although we had requested one double bed room.

The hotel was being refurbished while we stayed. Lots of builders and dust - not advertised in advance. Our room was particularly noisy overlooking the hotel front and street.

The location is excellent. All you need is in walking distance and its very close to the beach. The bed was comfortable.

Our room was very noisy. Usually I don't care for that, I was even in a hotel next to Biscayne Blvd. You can manage constant noise since your ears get used to it. But here the problem was inside the building. We were located next to the elevator and the ice dispenser and were woken by everybody who talked there. You can even hear somebody in flip flops walking by your room. The cleaning team was apparently not really ambitious. Our shower was not cleaned the second day, toilet paper not filled and so on. Small things you can live with, but not for that price! Don't have breakfast downstairs, you pay too much for bad service and low quality. Much nicer places nearby!

I thought it looked a bit shabbier than it did online - carpets were old and dirty, elevators were dirty, it needs maintenance.

I like the spot in miami bed was ok,,,clean I get a good sleep there was a coffee machine in the room but we didn t try it

No hot water in the bathroom,nothing hot and the pressure was ridicul very low pressure it was the first time a saw that ,,,I start to laght ,,,no hot water in my friends room to and they re tv didn t work to 4 stage was under construction I got no probleme whit that because,,,,we didnt pass the day in are room but no hot water ,,,,,?

Other places seem better. The whole thing here is dull and boring! Just about clean.. In summary ok for no more than one night when everything else is booked!
