Staff was friendly; room was quiet and clean. Price was the best I could find, apart from Hostels (which were given, at best, mixed reviews.) Website and brochure said that "shuttle service" is available. This was one of the reasons I booked with them. When I arrived at the airport, I was told that they do not have shuttle service. At the hotel, they said that I needed to book shuttle service in advance. I had indicated on my reservation: "arriving at 9:45pm, shuttle service requested." No response was given to me. So I had to take a taxi; this was poorly handled.

That it is close to airport Staff are rude, in our 4 days of stay there we never met anybody who are friendly at all! What happened to the Aloha Spirit? Staff needs to be educated about service or at least taught to smile! They seemed like they are not happy with their job and take out their frustration on customers (we've seen at least 7 of them) We even had a cleaner knocking at 8 am asking if we are checking out. Pool only open at 9-6

We really enjoyed our stay the staff was friendly, very accommodating, nice quiet hotel, loved it so much we stayed 2 extra days...not so busy like the big luxury hotels but good if you want to get away from all that. Pool should be open a little while longer

I could book for a one-night stay, but might choose to stay longer next time! Busy part of Maui, but great location for an overnight and shopping in Kahului. Exterior looked a little worn, but, hey! Rooms and grounds were super clean and comfortable.

Very nice, friendly staff. Rooms big and clean. Hotel area nice. Far from the proper beach, so good hotel to stay one night on the way to other resorts but not for holidays in Hawaii!

The hotel is nicely kept with a very friendly staff. The attached restaurant has a nice selection of meals to choose from-waitresses very good. All in all our stay was very pleasant.

Close to the airport, basic amenities, fairly professional attitude, but certainly far from bending over their back to make you happy. They nickel and dime you on everything. $5 for parking, they won't give out the breakfast vouchers until you ask for it and then if you've ordered anything outside of the 3 set items in the voucher, they will make you pay the entire bill.
