Location Cleanliness Friendly staff
Noisy neighbours - walls not thick enough to block out next door romps. No bar fridge.
The room is very clean and is in the perfect location.
The room is a bit small and at times the traffic a bit loud.
The staff was great! Really friendly and helpful. The location is good and the bed was comfortable. I got a good deal on the nights stay, but you get what you pay for.
The hallways were very dark and a bit creepy. The room was extremely small and cramped. And the shower was in an enclosed room that reminded me of a locker room shower. Im not sure if the hotel provides new toiletries after each guests stay...some of mine were less than half full. Overall a very cramped hotel, if you tend to be claustrophobic don't stay here.
My first night didn't start great. The shower knob came right off the wall so I couldn't adjust the hot water to come out. I called the front desk and someone came up to take a look. They realized that nothing could be done so they apologized and upgraded us to a bigger and better room with $50 taken off of our bill. I was really satisfied with the way they handled our problem.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The restaurant and bar were a plus also. The room appeared very clean with a nice comfy bed and appliances easy to use.
The shower was quite small and I am pretty petite. A larger person would not fit.
Great little boutique Hotel. Free Beer rating was a plus. Location excellent. Good value.
Paying for parking.
I have stayed at Hotel Max a few times and always enjoy it! Thanks
a very advanced city
at night, Seattle sleeps, the railway station is sleeping, all the shops and restaurants of sleeping, does not accept cash money is a problem for tourists!
Very cool atmosphere. Helpful staff. Very good bang for your buck.
The sink is in your lap when you're on the toilet and the curtain sticks to you in the tiny shower.
I LIKED the girl behind the desk her name was Jaymie she was very cute and nice I would really LIKE her to know that the girl that I was traveling with was my little sister
View, decor, art in lobby, great restaurant, helpful staff
Shower was too small, parking cost too high ( I parked across the street, saved $21!
The room was tiny nothing was as it looked online highly disappointed
The staff is awesome! Kudos to Erin for multi tasking with a smile (valet and room service). Melissa did a great job of introducing Hotel Max and the text messaging is nice.
Internet wasn't free - crazy! Parking overpriced. Room service dropped off dinner in a cardboard box which isn't consistent with the competition. Be reasonable and spring for some civilized dinnerware. Christ, I have stayed in some pretty inexpensive roadside motels in the middle of the dessert that exerted more effort. The key card in the elevator is annoying. You've got a good thing going, however, I'd prefer to pay more for the room rather than feel nickel and dimed at every turn. I felt that it unnecessarily knocked Hotel Max down a few pegs.
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff throughout
Friendly, helpful staff. Nice dining, cozy lobby with fireplace.
So close to office building next door...I could look right at the people working.
The location was excellent, just in the middle of everything. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the view is not the best, but is nice. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The art in the room makes you feel you're in your own living room.
The rooms are not small, they are tiny! The shower barely has any space to stand. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear all your neighbours, especially when they laugh and chat at 3:00 am!!!
All Front Desk Staff amazing Great restaurant Pleasant Design of Room Clean Great Bed Amazing artwork throughout hotel
Old hotel so poorly insulated (could hear guests talking in next room) Noise from street as front corner room
The hotel itself was beautiful and great location to stay if you are attending a conference in the Convention Center. Friendly and helpful staff.
The rooms have bad heating and noise isolation. Even though higher floors are safe from the noise of the streets, the wind blowing from the windows makes the room quite cold. The air conditioning at its warm state makes a lot of sound, impossible to leave it on for the night.
They did a great job with the Hotel. I love the pictures on the doors its like you're walking on the streets of Seattle. The Hotel itself is very nice & Clean.
They placed us right next to construction on a MONDAY night. I woke up to drilling right by my ears. It was so loud I could turn up the radio to max volume & couldn't hear music. The rooms are small, but it seems they all are small. The guy who checked us in said the ride the ducks were corny. Which was what we were going to do while we were there....Bad taste of words.
The Hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful when asked for room service. The rooms were small but had everything.
We had some horrible neighbors at the hotel that partied until 4AM and the desk staff evidently could not quiet them down after numerous requests. The party lasted for hours and they were horribly loud slamming doors and yelling. The Hotel needs to be able to get these kind of creeps out or shut them up.
Courtieous, welcoming staff who were always available to help. Great responsiveness via SMS and calls to Front Desk. Great decor and cool touch with in-room records, record player and art.
The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have experienced in a hotel in a long time! The staff were very knowledgable too!
I was not a fan of the Millers Guild for breakfast. too eclectic for me. I prefer traditional food for breakfast, sorry!
