The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. Rooms were also clean and cleaning staff also were responsive and nice.
I am a woman who loves her bathrooms. I think the bathroom could have been larger but it may have been the type of room I selected. I stayed in room 1001.
If you want a big bathroom then do not stay here otherwise its an awesome hotel
Great central location.
Some rooms are really small.
Bathroom very small. Tiny ledge for "stuff", my toothbrush, razor kept falling off.
Service was excellent, amazing atomosphere and design. Adjoining restuarant was a surprise.
Small rooms, not particularly close to any one local attraction but was central to most.
> Interior design of the room, very nice > free wifi > possibility to park your car (however extra price) > ideal situation to visit Seattle > très belle chambre > possibilité de garage payant > wifi gratuit
> noise of the air conditoning > very slow elevator > leneur de l'ascenseur > brutit de l'air conditionné
Convenience / well placed Helpful staff
Quite noisy corridors Nobody to help with cases Attached restaurant quite expensive
Location is good.
We booked two nights one of our group was asked to move the room which was not convenient. The shower room is very small.
The location was great ! The valet parking was good . Beds were comfy
The rooms were very small !! Bathrooms had no counter space . Felt the hotel was over priced but I guess not for this area .
Nice restaurant next door. Lots of art. Nice people. Two guys in bathrobes smoking weed on couch on sidewalk.
Very small room for three people, small bathroom. People smoking weed in their rooms.
The pillows and the record player
How small the room was and the view of air conditioners/etc. outside. This room was advertised as a $300+ room and we got a deal at $189...It was definitely NOT a $300+ room and I would never pay that much for how small the room was.
Really comfortable bed Clean Great location Friendly & helpful staff Openable window in the room Lots of great art in the room
Pay for Wifi Tiny shower cubicle
Perfect location and friendly staff
Bed was comfortable
The room and the bathroom were way too small. No tub in the bathroom. I could barely turn around in the stand uo shower. No sink, just a small round basin with no counter at all. Water got all over the floor when I washed my face. No counter in the bathroom at all. No convenient outlet by the bed to plug my phone into.
The location was perfect! The staff was extremely helpful! Rooms were clean.
Rooms a bit small, but that's typical city life!
The location was perfect, just around the corner from Pike's Place Market and a few blocks from the monorail that took us to the Seattle Center. The fitness center was perfect for our needs including mats and weight ha for floor work as well as two treadmills and two elliptical machines. The modern decor was also artsy!
4pm is a late check in time compared to other hotels. Although we arrived in Seattle early, and we left our bags with the front desk for three hours, our room still wasn't ready until 5pm! The cleaning staff didn't clean our room the second day until after 5pm; however, we were in the room resting and declined the cleaning at that point.
Bathroom was way too small with little to no room to place items.
Fab decor, friendly happy staff and great location.
Close to downtown. Funky vibe. Valets were real nice.
Told me they would text me when room was ready. They didn't. Asked front desk to call us a taxi for 5 so we could go to Safeco, they said sure, they forgot. Told me they were giving us WiFi for the stay but didn't work on 4 different phones.
The smell as soon as you enter the lobby was too strong and unpleasant.
Great stay no complaints
All staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Walking to public transport was easy, so getting around town was easier then using car.
Bathroom a bit small for more then one person.
Staff on the front desk were very personable and helpful
- the bathroom was extremely small and the room was too small to acc accommodate two queen size beds - the elevators were very small and claustrophobic and very slow
It is an older building equipped with modern facilities; so it does have a turn of the last century and arts feel - great combination. Every room door is styled differently. Vicinity to major attractions (incl. monorail & street car stations). Free beer hour in the lobby every day. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great TV channel listing.
Breakfast in the in-house restaurant was tasty but slow. Internet is fast, but not free. Small bath rooms; shower is big enough, but the toilet is awkwardly positioned - at least in my room. Thin walls; could hear the
Great restaurant next door. Nice style (not your big box hotel)
