The only good thing about it was the location...

Dayna Zeitlin Acting General Manager / Acting Director of Sales and Marketing Claimed we were smoking in our room and charged us an additional $400!!! Her evidence? A bellhop walked down the hall and assumed it was our room! This is an old hotel with paper thin walls and rooms very close together, the room in front of ours had over 6 people staying in it and had people in and out all night keeping us up. Why they assumed it was our room is beyond me, we checked out the next day and called my credit card and the BBB. One final thing, the protesters outside can be violent, as a young couple we shrugged it off, but they'll follow you down the street yelling in your ear, one wouldnt let me close the taxi door, yelling "shame" for staying there. That and Ghost Manager Dayna Zeitlin are reasons enough to NEVER stay here.

Very comfortable in a junior king suite with 3 person total. We had a great stay. Excellent location.

Loved the decor of the hotel.

Hated the protesters at 7am on a Sunday. I go out of town without my 6 and 8 year olds and was kinda hoping to sleep in. Didn't happen! The evening front desk staff basically knew nothing! I asked about purchasing a robe and all that staff said was I don't know but I think they're like $100 then I asked where the carpet could be purchased and I got another "I don't know" no let me look into that and get back to you or anything.

I liked that the location was perfectly in the middle of everything, walking distance to almost any location, The staff was very helpful, and the hotel was clean, neat and organized.

Great location, very clean, good decor, very comfortable - highly recommended in the Union Square area

Nicely decorated, great location.

The union workers protested at 7 am with loudspeakers and drums. I get that they are frustrated at the owners of the hotels but we, the consumers, are why they have a job in the first place. Yelling at the guest to checkout from a loudspeaker at the crack of dawn was not only an inconvenience for us, but really displayed the lack of class on their part. Those hotel workers are lucky to have a job in this economy and then to be so bluntly unthankful is upsetting.

Location and design.

The demonstraters outside, although it didn't really effect my stay. Alsi, the front desk employees were helpful and professional, but it wouldn't kill them to smile!

A passeata em frente ao hotel todos os dias, inclusive as 7h da manhã de sábado e domingo. Deviam chamar a polícia e proibir isso.

Grève en cours d'une partie du personnel qui réveille les hotes à 7h du matin en hurlant dans des hauts parleurs. Dans le centre certes mais dans un endroit très bruyants avec le week ends des concours de tambours toute la nuit, beaucoup de clochards , bref un endroit pas du tout agréable par rapport au reste de la ville Pas de restaurant pas de service 300$ une chambre dans un hotel qui ne les vaut pas

Posizione centrale vicinissimo ad Union Square. Zona affidabile.

A Localização é excelente, o preço estava abaixo dos outros na proximidade. Hotel recém reformado, otimo tamanho do quarto. Wi- fi de graça.

Nao ter café da manha, estacionamento de 40 dolares por dia.

Nothing because the staff was extremely rude. For 400 us a night This hotel is very bad.

They told me when I was complaining for my room next to elevator with sounds and shaking every time someone uses elevator which happens every second that I need to use an earplug. For a 400 us a night this is rude. True late at night they shifted my room but the way they responded first was rude ...

Hotel is being ticket eveyday. There is no upkeep. It will close indefinitely in about two weeks.

Большие комнаты, хорошие кровати

Митинги в 7 утра в субботу и в воскресенье под окнами отеля из-за того, что он не состоит в одном из союзов. При этом отель видимо не собирается ничего делать и на видное место кладет несколько пар беруш. Очень старые халаты в катушках и по ванне видно, что отель старый - плоой напор воды.

シャワーのみは好みによると思うがこの値段でバスローブ付きとは驚いた。部屋は改装直後のようで大変きれい- であり、問題はない。ホテル従業員は愛想が良く親切。レストランがないが、すぐ近くのダイナーの２０％割引- 券をくれるし、このダイナーは典型的なアメリカ風のところで朝食などにはそれなりによい。また近くにうどん- 屋やバー、グローサリーがあるので問題なし。BARTにも便利。

無料WiFiは夜遅くなると混み合って時々切れる。以前に労働問題があったらしく、プロテストのデモがホテ- ル前で行われている。レビューによると半年以上続いているらしい。時間が決められており、フロント前の歩道- で抗議を行う。チェックイン時にフロントでいつプロテストがあるか知らせてくれ、部屋には耳栓がある。しか- し、それほどうるさいわけではなく、7時の目覚ましの代わりとして好都合であった。建物自体は古く、エレベ- ータが遅い。部屋は、独特の内装（アールデコ風（？））でこれには好き嫌いがあると思う。

The room was great, the decor was unique throughout the hotel and the room, the bed was comfortable.

The protesters are definitely a problem. They come really early in the morning with loudspeakers and yell for guests to wake up and check out. They come again around 4pm. When you do go downstairs, they continue to harass you to check out. It was really not pleasant. The water pressure in the shower was virtually non-existent. I would not stay here again until the protesters were gone.

Pros: Location, decor, mattress and bed. Cons: There is a picket specifically against the hotel frank and the protestors sometimes start with the megaphone at 7:30 am. In addition, at night (sometimes from 9 pm to midnight) there is a guy playing drums nearby, which is really noise. If you planning to stay there, don't forget your earplugs! Overall, the price paid was exessive comparing to what the hotel offers, but hotels within the same same location and comfort were even more expensive.
