The great location is the obvious and significant feature of the hotel. If you are going not to spend time in your room except sleeping, it is the very good choice. WiFi network is good enough.

The fact that the air-conditioning directed towards the bed, so the choice between catching cold and sleeping in stuffy room was real. But it is quite understandable by the fact that the room was tiny.

We had a very good stay at Mayfair New York. The only negative happenings was to be voken up at 02.30 one nigth, with a call from somebody that claimed they called from the lobby ,and that the computer had broken down and they needed all creditcard info right away. The next night we woke up due to 2 firealarms.It was good to know the systems worked. We will try again as the service was very good. Best regards Jan and Lilleba Ronning, Norway

Excellent location, we visited 2x theatre during our 5-days stay and it was always up to 7-8 minute walking distance from the hotel. Room small, but clean and cozy, bathroom in a better condition than in even bigger hotels. Overall look slightly dingy, but helpfull staff.

Small disappointment before departure - leaving luggage at the reception desk before departure to the airport (from appx. noon till 3 p.m.) cost 2 dollar/each - I never paid for leaving luggage before departure from any other hotel.

Great location, one block from Times Square. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms. Will stay again.

Excellent location, A train to JFK just around the corner, in the middle of the theater district.

Superb location in the very heart of the Theater district - next door to Eugene O'Neil Theater (The Book of Mormon) and across the street of The Ambasador (CHicago musical)

The room was a little dirty. hair on the bedspread. dirt on the walls.

Functional, clean room, great location close to Metro and Theatre. Great quaint building. When we come back to ny it will be in the Mayfair. Thank you.

Would have liked a kettle for making a cup of tea in the morning. That's it.

very close time square , i can walk to terminal. that is good idea to go to the place you are first time know. because that is easy to go to shop. but not easy to find the hotel at the frist. and the room sooooo small and the washroom also small. the price too expersie.

The room is small considering the price, but this is New York! The location is very central, near to subway stations, bus etc, at Broadway neighbourhood and 5 minutes walk to Time Square. Close to 24 hours convenient shop, cafes, restaurants etc. But this is an old building, the elevator is slow and small. The air-con is very noisy and the room quite stuffy.
