Spectacular location in downtown Seattle, very good for shoppers and sightseers. Very charming interior with constantly smiling staff. Very good access to SEATAC and the monorail is just around the block.
If only the weather had been more pleasant, our stay would've been perfect. For those who will stay in rooms fronting Macy's - try not to look out your windows at night, the sight of homeless people camping out might alter your perception of Seattle.
Location, free wi fi and bed comfort
Not a bad experience, but not having a small fridge in the rooms was disappointing.
Would never go back
To many things to list from lost reservation to $40 a day to park. Waiting a half hour to get my car. Staff that don't care
Staff was very friendly and very accommodating!
Convenient location. Walking distance to Pikes Market, restaurants and shopping.
No refrigerator in room
Close to everything, shopping and resturants.
Really small toilets.
A great vintage hotel.
Central to all activities. Love the atmosphere of the hotel.
Historical hotel but facility is comfortable.
Oliver's was a charming place to while away an hour or two at the end of a long day, expected a little faded glory, but there wasn't - just glory!
I only stayed a night on a heavy business trip, I was made very welcome, there was nothing not to like
I stayed 8 nights in this hotel and it was a very good. Bartell supermarket/drug store is less than a minute walk and you can reach pike market in about 5 minutes walking. The location is just perfect in central downtown Room was very clean and staff were very helfull. I would stay there again.
A small problem but was solved very soon. They charge the park fee but it is my friends' car never park there throught the night. Anyway, thank you! We had a happy time there.
Beautiful hotel to stay at. All staff very friendly. Room was very nice. Convenient to the Link.
The charm of the hotel without being pretentious. Easy walk to everything.
Traditional hospitality. A class act with none of the annoying obsequiousness and mechanical catchphrases found in other places.
The person checking me in was wonderful, helpful and friendly. He made the experience really formal but fun. Great!
I went into the bar for one of their award winning martinis and the bartender was very unfriendly. I asked a server in the bar about a nearby restaurant and she only said "it has food". What?
Location was convenient to transport by train from airport; mezzanine level connects to Westlake Center shops and food court; 4 blocks from Pike's Market.
Fantastic bar great place for drinks and they will bring dinner from the restaurant.
Great location in downtown Seattle within easy walking distance of many many things. The online room rate of $119 was excellent value.
This was the perfect place for our weekend away without kids. The hotel is beautiful and very convenient.
The staff is very upbeat, helpful and professional. The rooms are comfortable and clean.
Not so much as a bad experience but questioning why the TV controllers have not all been changed out since the satellite upgrade. We had to call front desk who then sent up "maintenance". Using slight of hand he changed controllers and TV worked fine.
We stay in Seattle combining business and pleasure and we really enjoyed to be in this Hotel the Location is great as well as the service.
we don't have any bad experience. We can say that probably the look of the Hotel should be a bit renewed
I enjoy the very efficient and friendly staff.
Homeless people outside our room kept us awake all night. No fault of the hotel, but the City of Seattle needs to clean up downtown!
