The room was clean and in a good location. The staff were friendly.
A little noisy by the train tracks and the room was very small.
Friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms.
bad place bad neighbours, who attempt to open the door of our room many times 'accidentally'. not close to center
I didn't like how online it says there's a parking area and there wasn't. It was on street and it was hard to find parking. The room was very small. The plus side it was clean but it was just awkward. And the bed was extremely hard.
Very noisy due to closer underground subway location. Breakfast: bakers with tea/coffee.
Quiet rooms despite the busy road and train tracks opposite !
The " breakfast". Really disappointed, tea and coffee were terrible and the only food offered were sugary pastries in plastic bags ...
good shower, very warm rooms when cold out
sometimes a bit too warm we had to figure out how to open the window - which was noisy (subway) but didn't bother us.
papel de parede e elevador
Longe, ruim, perigoso é cobrou mais caro do que o combinado. Não gostei. manhattan hotel away from the center, periphery and dangerous night. what is spent underground pays a downtown hotel . the Chinese demanded more money than the combined in the booking reservation, charged more. not worth it. Pennsilvania hotel side of macy's in seventh avenue and the same value.
- The bathroom was nice
-Break was not a real breakfast, just a coffee machine and a few croissants The wifi was free, but had connection issues.
Location and initial appearance online
Breakfast was extremely poor. Towels and bedding was not changed daily. Room was not cleaned even once during our stay. no hot water in sink and in shower had to wait almost ten minutes for hot water. Queen room was small, we expected larger quarters.
Can't beat the price we stayed there on New Years Eve when other hotels Jack their prices up for the holiday. Proce was very reasonable and room was very clean.
The room is extremely small all the reviews are right. However we did not go to NYC to stay in our room it was clean and neat and that was fine with us. There is a train right across the street that is quite loud, however when in our room it did not bother us at all and it was right across the street from our room window. For people who claim it to be loud and small they are right but it is Manhattan, and the city that never sleeps, what do you expect?
No bed bugs, room more or less clean, bed OK, internet OK, TV OK,
- Every time the maid cleaned the room, she left some hair on the sheets - Our room was not extremely loud but still the noise from the passing trains was annoying - breakfast, but that was expected
The price was amazing! They offered a light complimentary breakfast every morning but was surrounded by delicious Chinese restaurants that were easily accessible. The staff was always friendly, they directed us to a great car service for our trip to the airport and even held our luggage after checking out so we could enjoy our last few hours in NYC! Great experience and I would not mind staying here again.
They claim to be non smoking but the sheets and towels smelled like smoke. I'm glad we decidide to bring our own towels.
Dirty towels and stained sheets Dirty bath Breakfast consists of Chinese bread only
Staff, close to Downtown
Breakfast, small room
It's very easy - although not exactly quick - getting around from Lower East Side; and there is a good deli nearby for those who don't want to risk the many mediocre Chinatown restaurants
The 'breakfast' is laughable - it's all very well to say, what can you expect, but it's worse than that. The wifi is very very unreliable. The building's heating is very extreme - you're either in an airless overheated box or, if you open the window, it's very loud outside from the trains crossing Manhattan Bridge
- Room booked on the day so got a last minute good price - Well located - Helpful staff - Simple but clean
- Bed was just ok - Hotel is next to Manhattan bridge so you can hear the train - Complimentary breakfast is just a cake with a coffee machine
Cancel the promotions in Booking is a fraud
The subway station is only 5 minutes.
Small rooms. There is noise of the trains in the night on the Manhattan Bridge.
Hotel is near city center and interest places to visit, it's convinience for city visitors
I's mear train track so it's noisy Room is narrow for two person, no space to put luggage in
Friendly Reception, nice location. Good subway connection.
Breakfast is a catastrophy, pls. do not book. you ll find coffee and fresh bagles and sandwiches at any corner outside, so keep your money!!
It was in Chinatown.
Customer service, hair in towels, broken bed, disgusting looking closet, hallways smell like smoke even though it's supposed to be non-smoking.
- good bathroom; - near to the subway; - good bed size;
- bed bugs; - dirty floors and strange bed sheets; - the reception team change a lot (never the same guys) and mostly they don't care about anything, some though are nice.
Near from subway, 8 min walking. The receptionist are very helpful and did a good service.
The Water takes long time to warm in the shower. In the sink, the water becomes warm just when the shower is opened. The room is veeeery small. There are some noise due the subway line near which works 24 per day.
managed to get an early check in even though was charged $20 per day...
strong smell of cigarette smoke even though informed there was a no smoking policy
