Walking distance from downtown, Their is an In-house restaurant and my steak dinner was perfect!! A rarity in my experience. Room was very clean and fresh.
Bath was a little outdated and wifi weak,
Large new clean room and bathroom, plenty and easy parking.
- Good location for downtown Ithaca - Convienent to food outlets, shopping, etc
- Surly staff
Wifi did not have signal and when it did it was slow
No Smoking rooms
the beds were ok, very worn and a little torn but at least comfortable.
Bathroom was dirty with stains and fingerprints around the doorknob and elsewhere (you really do not want to know). A/C was really loud and did not do the job. Furniture was broken, everything very run down. And we paid 400 $ for the two rooms. I hardly could sleep because I felt so uncomfortable. Never ever again.
location is the only positive thing about this hotel. I think it is way overpriced.
no number for the front desk, had no way to contact anyone regarding issues in room/questions.
Everything. Including the fact I was told the room would be ready for an early check in at 1:00 as we needed to change for a wedding and it was not ready at 2:30. It was run down, seemed unsafe and we chose not to stay there. I feel our money should have been refunded but it wasn't. Horrible place. Very disappointed and stressed us terribly as we scrambled to find another establisment, which we did!
each room had a different amenity, we had 2 rooms only one had a fridge & microwave oven, the cleaning person didn't replace the used towels or the wet bathmat price was to high $700.00 for 2 nights
The location was the only plus.
The room was not very clean. The bathroom was awful! The sink was being held up by a banister leg, the tub and tile were old and dirty. The drains were rusted. There was an old and dirty toilet plunger left next to the toilet. Could not get a room elsewhere for my child's college parent weekend visit. I am booking now for next year so I will not have to stay here ever again.
We didn't get bed bugs
Dead bugs in the bathroom Expensive Have a lot of nerve charging people that price and you get nothing but dated rooms, no refrigerator like it said in the description I would have rather slept in my car for the weekend
The room we stayed in was older and outdated.
Facilities are acceptable, but the rude behavior and nasty attitude displayed by desk clerk was unacceptable and unwarranted.
It was reasonably close to Cornell. It was available.
I recognize that pricing is based on demand. The cost was inconsistent with the facilities however it was homecoming weekend at Cornell and many properties were sold out. I had to walk in the rain to get to my room. There was no indoor corridor. At the regular price for the room everything was good to excellent but certainly not for what I paid.
Room smelled musty & was dirty & disgusting. Bathroom sink was held up by an old table leg. Layers of dust on furniture and coffee pot. Trash never picked up behind trashcan. Rug was stained. Needs updated VERY badly!!! Thermostat coming off of wall!
Nothing...total waste of time and money
Non professional staff, dirty property, garbage everywhere, the room smelled.
Location , price
Location was good.
This place seems a little run down. It could use some sprucing up. The room wasn't as clean as I would have expected and it always smelled of strong 'old lady perfume'.
The staff was really nice, it is a good location, and it is cheap.
There is a lot of street noise because they don't have double-glass windows. It was very cold the first morning and I did not see extra blankets. The wifi is only reliable in the lobby and conference room, and even then it's not that reliable. Any one problem is forgivable, but the shortcuts accumulate. They should renovate this place.
Close to Ithaca College
The facilities were reminiscent of hotels in the Soviet Union 25 years ago. We had to change rooms 3 times to find one that was made up with a working bathroom and then the TV didn't work properly. The desk attendant was surly, sullen and impolite. Don't go there!
Great price, convenient location and very clean. Very nice & efficient housecleaning staff.
Poor lighting, very low water pressure in shower & toilet.
See headline. Staff response when asked about quality control/assurance of rooms prior to a guest's arrival was..."i dont know sir, my shift just started"
Toilet was clogged
free WiFi, nice staff, good location in the way to the Niagara falls. very simple place, some rooms are better then others
