Meadowlands Plaza Hotel  

The restaurant in the hotel served delicious Italian food! If I lived in the area I would eat there on a regular basis! The hotel was perfect for what we needed, a place to stay near the secaucas junction train station. The outlets are nearby and a shopping complex is also closeto the hotel.

LocatIon.

My reservation was cancelled and I received no updates about it. No email, no phone call; nothing. The free breakfast was awful. Eggs were soggy and runny, potatoes weren't even cooked all the way thru and the staff in the restaurant were incredibly rude.

The beds were horrible. I can deal with poor quaity pillows, but the beds were like sleeping on a brick wall. The worst nights sleep that I have had in any hotel stay. For this reason, we will never book at this hotel again.

It is very down-at-the-heels. The rooms are dirty, bedding is old and worn out and there are few amenities. The entire hotel desperately needs to be refurbished. The breakfast-included portion is something that should not even be considered ä viable meal option. The hotel description is very misleading. There is a shuttle service to the Secacus Terminal advertised. In actual fact, it is only at their descretion....leaving the client with no access. We really enjoyed our trip to NYC. We would never stay at the Meadowlands Plaza Hotel again.

The front desk staff is kind and efficient. The room is clean and the beds are confortable. There are restaurant and bar in the hotel and fast food restaurants close. Excelent Hotel.

There´s no bus stop, to NYC, near the hotel. The nearest bus stop is around 10 minutes walking.

My laptop adapter was misused while house keeping and partially cut. I wrote down a report and discussed with front desk. They directed to the house keeping department. Then no action has been taked till checking out Thanks and regards...

the shuttle service was the best. Anytime we needed to go to the train station, they would bring us, then all we had to do was call them and they picked us up. Saved us from driving into the city

Good Location, Just 20 minutes from NYC FREE Bus to train station!!! (that was the best part) all the Staff was really good ... the Bus Driver was awesome ! Good price! Great breakfast!

I've stayed in New Jersey a few years earlier, at Crown Plaza and I wished I'd stayed there again. The hotel staff where rude and very unhelpful. I couldn't even get a tea bag, not everyone drinks coffee!!

My wife and I always try and stay at your hotel every time we visit NJ.

When making reservations on line, you are not able to make speical request; as require refrigerator for medication and may have children accompany us. There should be room added for additional comments.

i book a room with king bed, instead I got a room with 2 full beds. The beds are really uncomfortable, the pillows hard and the room didn't even had a fridge. When i complaint about the beds at the front desk, they told me that when you do a reservation online sometimes it doesn't say if a king bed or full beds are requested and they apologize for the mistake and told me that there was no rooms available with king size bed, so i had to stay in that room with my husband
