- good location - good value for money - friendly staff.
- beds not overly comfortable - linens etc. could use some updating.
Goood price, clean and location
WiFi does not take, fair friendly and breakfast poor.
Fran, the woman who checked us in, was very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is situated on a busy road with many nearby businesses, it was very quiet for sleeping. We really enjoyed their nice, large swimming pool and there was a pretty garden which made the pool and hotel much more inviting. Many restaurants were in easy walking distance. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was basically continental and included some fresh fruit and yogurt to go along with coffee, juice, and cereals. The Medford Inn is not fancy, but gives a lot for a great value!
The internet was sketchy and most of the time didn't work in our room. Having internet working would be helpful, but really sway our favorable impression of this hotel.
For its price - it came with breakfast . We were just passing through - overnite stay - road trip to CA.
It was an easy and clean place to stay. Mostly a bare bones of a hotel, but for the price I would not expect much. The room was clean and secure.
The room was out of date and in need of some improvements. The small portable tv was not helpful. The AC was loud. The breakfast was bleak.
Friendly staff, quaint hotel great price
The noise of street
I loved the large swimming pool and having it open till 10:00 P.M. My husband enjoyed reading under the nice trees and lovely green yard area.
The pool could have been warmer.
The cleanliness in the food area was offensive. The best Wi-Fi was in the middle of the parking lot.
Room was pretty comfortable, with lots of room for our travel stuff
Air conditioner was incredibly noisy and not very effective. We had to turn it off to sleep, which was a problem because it had been a very hot day, and was a warm night, so the room got pretty warm overnight.
Reception, shower, location, dirty towels.
Motel is close to restaurants and other stores. We ate at New China Inn and it was excellent. Pool was open, room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great price for the money. It's under new mgmt and we loved it.
The staff was very friendly and willing to meet our needs.
The bed was too small for a mature couple. It was called a "queen" but it seemed to be a bit smaller.
Easy access location, walking distance to all major shopping and restaurant areas, We walked to Harry & David's gift basket packing tour !nice clean comfortable rooms, facilities like microwave, fridge were great Reasonable breakfast
WiFi did not work consistently in our room
Fair customer service
Double charging my account instead of my sister in law
Staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. We stayed for a week and price was great.
Wifi was hard to catch, however hotel staff said they are upgrading. One bed in our room was uncomfortable.
Dirty underwear hanging from shower curtain. Wifi didn't work. If you are looking for a budget hotel have at it but I recommend paying $20 more and staying at a better hotel.
This motel was such a pleasant surprise for the price. It's nothing fancy, but very comfortable - like going to grandma's back in the day. There are many tiny motels in Medford, but this one seemed much nicer than many others we saw. (Another one we almost booked turned out to have an "Adult" shop right next door -- yuck!). If we return to Medford, we would gladly stay at the Medfird Inn again.
Hate to point it out, but toilet needed cleaning near the floor (dried urine). But, as gross as that may sound, it was a very small missed spot. Also, the pillows were not very supportive of the neck (super flat) and the bed and sheets were definitely old, but clean.
Outside sitting area.
For the price it was a decent stay. Air conditioner worked good.
The wifi never worked. Breakfast was only from 7-9 so we almost missed it.
came for house hunting and could not get on the wifi each evening
Lack of useable wi-fi.didn't sample comp breakfast...went to Mcdonalds to use internet
Low cost and cleanliness
Shabby. Curtains were shredded. Mattress was an old spring type that you could hear the springs go "boing". Furniture was very old and worn.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and looked like it had been recently remodeled. We felt comfortable and safe in the area. If I travel to Medford again I would stay here. We were very happy with our stay.
The only trouble we had was with the wi-fi. The signal was weak, so you had to be patient.
Nice size room Bed fairly comfortable Good temperature control
Itty bitty TV Nice towel first day, small thin towel second day
The pool Location
Stale smell in room
