Staff were committed to pleasing guests. Room is neat and beautiful.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Good public transport. Towels and linens changed and clean. Don't expect luxury, because it is not a luxury hotel. It seems that there is a new management and they are working hard to improve. I'd recommend this hotel.

they were in the middle of remodeling the hotel-it was a mess-if we would have known what a mess it was, we would not have stayed there.had to go up stairs to get to our room and the stairs were blocked my workers and there was tools and supplies everywhere.

The staff was just amazing, it is uncommon nowadays to find such nice people, they truly cared and helped us.. The shuttle to the medical center was life-solving. And for getting back, there was a bus stop just in front of the building. The price was excellent, it was cheap and in a really practical location, with two supermarkets at walking distance. The weekly and monthly rates are even better.

I was not really fond of the color scheme of the rooms, but the property is upgrading, so that is bound to change. Truth being told, it had nothing to complain about

Slow sink drain, the noise right out side our door first thing in the morning from the remodeling. Some of the stucco being blown on the outside came in under the door reported it but not cleaned up

Friendly staff, clean facilities

Needs sprucing up. Exposure to the ground in the bathhroom because of rotted wood.

To look at this hotel it is a big improvement from what it use to be.

The double beds but I guess I was use to my king size.

I liked the way the parking lot was in the center and the rooms surrounded it. We were at the Houston livestock show and loved that it was so conveniently located for us.

Close to the hospital and offered shuttle service . Very clean . friendly management . Will stay there next trip to the hospital .

The hotel is a lot better than the photos in the booking site, rooms are excellent for the price paid and the staff is very friendly and helpfull.

Owner is very friendly and really trying to make over this motel.

If you are looking for a clean, cheap place to stay not far from medical center, this is it.

Efficient friendly staff

Largest cockroach that I've ever seen, loitering on my pillow when I pulled back the duvet. I had to move it and stay there that night (it was 10pm and gad job interview the nxt day) but moved to another hotel the next morning.

Great location close to several sports venues, downtown, the medical center, restaurants, shopping. Hotel rooms were adequate, very clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

A little older hotel with smallish rooms but certainly adequate.

Location to Rice University i was visiting my son.

They were changing out mattresses during our stay it was rude. The Swimming pool was not clean and very rusty at the bottom kids didn't go in.

Very friendly new management, they upgraded us to a larger room and were very nice. The hotel is well located, with easy access to Medical Center, Museum District and downtown Houston.

The TV didn't work and the telephone didn't even work. The man at the front desk wouldn't even replace the TV.

Comfortable room with microwave and fridge. Quiet for sleeping. The staff were very sincere about wanting to make my experience a good one, despite the exterior condition of the buildings. A lot of promise as a bargain hotel within a couple of miles of the medical center.

Location is right across from Reliant Stadium and looks a bit run down. They had just re-opened the hotel after buying it from the bank, so it promises to look better next time. No breakfast, no HBO that I could find. Didn't know until later that they were willing to pick me up from the airport, so I had to pay for the Super Shuttle.

Good value for the price, good location, friendly staff.
