The building facilities, quiet room. Once we found the apartment we were very pleased with the place. It provided a nice refuge and place to relax.
Wifi was poor - take an ethernet cable and plug in to the router. The building is the Medici Apartments and Ginosi is the company - this was critical when checking in and not something we had at hand - we were a very last minute booking. The apartment is on the 3rd floor - which DOES exist and isn't just a car-park.
The position is very good close to good shops and public transport
Don't expect to see downtown appartelle written on any sign on the street. It is actually Medici Apartments. There is no one at the front desk to help you at anytime. They are building security who have a different job. But we didn't work out what their job was. DO NOT get there before allocated time, be warned. No one will mind your bags and you have sit there for hours with them. Someone from'Jenosi' , the company who actually own your apartment, will turn up with the key. Just hope it is Mary-Belle. Once inside it was fine. A short stroll to shops at Figat7th just over the freeway. The metro is just a few more metres. Our stay did improve. Lots of homeless people unfortunately. Catch the 460express bus to Disneyland for just $ 2.90. Catch the metro to Universal for $1.50. Buy a "tap" card for the public transport at the rail station at 7th street. We got all we needed otherwise from Target at Figat7th including groceries. Avoid car rental from Hertz at Sheraton. Nightmare.
The over all apartment was ok and did it's job
The inside of the building and elevator were very run down. The refrigerator inside the apartment selled very strong of fish. The tv kept cutting off and only works if u have netflix. The check in process was a nightmare and took a hour to get the key.
It was difficult to find our room as no map was provided and the layout was circuitous. We had three in our party, but only one key was provided. There was no coffee maker and a shortage of toilet paper. We were right next to the highway so the traffic was loud. The air conditioner was also loud. There was also a huge amount of dust on the ceiling vent. Since there were no written instructions provided I did not know that there was a pool or fitness centre until reading other people's comments.

Lots of instruction for property to read up before getting there. Getting the key from the site security's as almost a feat and they also wanted to sight the credit card and ID. Strange as it was not a hotel setup!! One key to suite. Had to pay for parking although advertised as free. Badly stained carpets. No bath mat for one of the bathrooms. Very basic kitchen utensils but not an issue as we ate out. Had to trash own rubbish. No idea it even had a pool though we did read about it!
...give us the key for the wrong room.and after i settle down all my staff. they ask us to bring all things down and go to differwnt room without appolize. also they didnt give us the parking fob and charge us for 200 dollars. we did return the key and they said we didnt and charge us. will never come back.

Bed should be more confortable
Beautiful building, spacious suite, great fitness center, pool on roof, responsive on-site management representatives who tried to remedy many of our complaints.
Badly stained carpeting, filthy patio, many deficiencies in kitchen ie, no toaster, can opener, or dishwasher detergent; surly people in registration lobby, no written directions to assist in finding the suite nor information as to existence of roof pool, private garden or fitness center. Management insistence on providing only one key to the suite-- but two parking spaces!!

Apartment size and location was great easy walk to staples center and metro
Kitchen was poorly stocked(not enough glasses) carpets were stained. Apartmemt just needs a little attention and would be great
It was spacious and had a kitchen.
The toilet had a urinal smell that wouldn't go away. The carpet looked like people were killed on it was soooo dirty it needs to be ripped out There was NO cable or DVD player as advertised The couch was unsittable
