The location was fantastic, right off Times Square. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean - and surprisingly quiet! |

Though the room is small but very comfortable. The room is clean and tidy. Great location and very convenience to any other place. Unfortunately there is no coffee maker or hot pot in the room. |

The hotel has reasonable facilities and a great location, at a price. Rooms are small, particularly for the price and looking a little tired in some respects. |

Excellent location, hotel staff were efficient and heipful but not all are friendly, free WiFi is a plus point room are really tiny, can't even have luggage open |

The location of the hotel is extremely good The rooms are pretty small (a US queen sized bed is a lot smaller that a UK queen sized bed). There is also a too much hotel food, gifts etc. in the small room to try and get you to buy additional incidentals!! |

We arrived early prior to the normal check in time so we diidn't have to carry luggage all around. Staff was very helpful. Upon check in were told that our room had been upgraded to a suite. |

we wanted a window that looked outside, our first room overlooked only a ledge with bird poop, they changed our room for us without charging us anymore, the staff was very agreeable. |

the hotel is placed near time square so it is possible to shop and visit the haert of the city whitout even taking the metro the room are quite small but very comfortable |

location, location, location. this small hotel is located in the theater district of nyc, and we enjoyed our week stay there. the hotel room was small, but then i know most hotels in nyc have small rooms. this room was REALLY small, but decorated lovely. |
