Every staff member was friendly, courteous, and eager to help with whatever we needed. The location was quiet in spite of being right around the corner from Times Square. There were many great restaurants nearby.

Room quite small, but price was right.

No breakfast, no sneakers, everything very old and poor, price too high, water for $12 ($3 next door) and mane more...

The location was perfect.

The size of the room was ridiculously small. The bathroom floor was not cleaned all week. The room seemed dusty and the corners of the bedroom did not look like they were ever hoovered. The WFI did not work but I did not ask at the main desk for information about it.

Location, 1 minute walk from Times Square, 5 minutes to 5th Avenue, 20 minutes to Central Park and the Empire State Building! Also very clean and well maintained.

The man behind reception forgot to mention that they had put a hold on my credit card and they put an extra deposit on as insurance! This however was explained when I asked another reception member.

Very Friendly staff, upgrade to penthouse was very nice!

No safe on arrival but fitted later, Safe was left sitting in wardrope, not bolted in. Roll out bed was not in place when we arrived. Hair dryer did not work but was replaced on 3rd request.

Great location

Doors slamming. I work late and start my day after noon and the cleaning staff would slam the doors around me and since the hotel room is so small it felt like it was right next to your head.

Location very nice, still quiet. Easy and quick access to rooms.

I did't like that the hotel was overbooked and we had to stay the first night in as they said in better room. The room was noisy and wifi did't work. Also the bathroom's sink did't work.

Water in shower and sink ran brown!! Only one staff person helping customers on Saturday morning's busy check out time. Mini bar prices are outrageous - $10 for bottled water!

Location Location Location..it's 30sec walk to Times Square and 42nd st subway and broadway. Although I was pre charged for 3 nights. I sent a request to modify to 2nights.. Carla the GM called me arranged refund for a day even though she did not have to...this speaks a lot about the hotel and its people and their endeavor to build regular customers The room was so clean and well maintained.. It's commendable,

Rooms are a bit small..but that expected of any contemporary hotel on Times Square The curtains don't black out..but the pluses negate the small problems.. I will definitely stay there every time I visit NYC

Location and cleanliness

The room was very dark , I had to keep the bathroom light for extra lighting and there was nowhere to put my suitcase .

Really great little boutique hotel. Felt very safe there. Which was very important to me. Just my son and me for his first New York trip. Very accommodating and friendly staff!

Staff lady Barbara helped us retrieve a train tkt we left on train that I'd paid for on credit cd. She saved us $180+ and we were off to a great wkend in nyc. She was on desk in lobby this past Sat morning.

Had called a wk before arriving and asked to have rm 1407 that we satyed in last time,but was not given that rm when we arrived.

Great location, 30 seconds from times square, Jimmys corner bar next door! $8 for two beers! ! rest of new york will set you back $15-$30 for 2, staff were friendly, concierge were very helpful indeed, hotel needs a restaurant and bar, dont use mini bar in the room unless you have won the lottery! ! nice beds etc, To sum up, had a nice stay and worth the money because of the location! !.
