I liked everything about the hotel, especially the price.

I like the quickness of housekeeping when we needed anything for our room.

Very friendly staff,, everyone was courteous. It was obvious they were all well trained in the art of hospitality.

The housekeeping was a bit lax, but not enough to mar our stay. Examples: there was a beer bottle cap on the floor under the desk that was there when I checked in and still there after I left. Also, one of the glasses above the sink has a not so small smudge on the side of it.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfy.

The hotel was very crowed and it sometimes took 10 to 15 mins to get an elevator.

Restaurant was awesome for an onsite restaurant. Due to the location it was handy.

There was a jackhammering noise until around 9-10 at night and then it started back around 7am.

Very awesome staff..went above and beyond to help me out when my car wouldn't start. Their maintenance worker had my car started in less than 15 minutes in rain and 40 degree weather!! The indoor hot tub/pool was a great plus! And the beds were so comfortable. I slept like a baby. We had a wonderful trip and will be back!!

I had to argue for about 4 days with Marriott and booking.com over me getting charged for an extra room that I didn't book. I finially got my money back the day of my trip with no help from booking.com. Site states room has kitchenette but didn't and no microwave in room. U have 1 microwave for everyone there. Won't stay there again.

The check in was quick and easy.

I was charged an outrageous and unnecessary fee without being contacted or consulted. I asked to be contacted by hotel management and have yet to hear from anyone.

I liked everything from the staff to those great beds. Me and my wife really enjoyed ourselves and were very pleased with the quality of service we got.

I was most impressed with the staff. Fast friendly service everytime we came in contact with them. The value could not be beat, and the bed was so comfy I didn't do as much as I intended on my trip. I relaxed in the comfy bed :)

The least attractive aspect was the location. After dark there were alot of shady characters walking the streets. I'm afraid it seems to be the case in most large cities however.

Mr. Mike the manager was amazing. Clifford was a big help. The operators did a wonderful job.

Snacks other then room service needs to be available 24 hours. I ate dinner at the restaurant and my hamburger was raw...I Sent it back, came back just as bad and I could not eat it. Instead of taking it off my bill they only offered me a dessert..... I should not have had to pay for that dreadful dreadful hamburger. Very disappointed in restaurant manager......It was disgusting.

We feel like all the staff is truly glad that we are staying at the Memphis Marriott. All were friendly. It had been 5 months since we had last stayed there yet Thomas remembered us. Food in the restaurant was excellent. We intend to stay again next March.

Not big deals but our air conditioner went from too stuffy to too cold. The other thing that was baffling was that at times hot water came out of the cold water spigot, I took a shower at 12:30 PM and about cooked. Had it set at pure cold too.

I really liked how close the hotel was to the freeway as well as downtown Memphis. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped me find everything I needed.The indoor pool was nice as was the hotel lobby.

Not enough towels provided, smaller televisions compared to other hotels, no smoking policy for all rooms (understandable but travelers sometimes smoke and there should be an option)

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful to find restaurants, directions, et. Also, we got a shuttle ride to Botanical Gardens to see Chicago and that was very helpful.

One thing...the air conditioning in our room was not working adequately I don't believe. It seems our room was very warm which made it a little uncomfortable but not beyond tolerating.

The waitress was outstanding! The food was good! The hotel was nice except for the old TV sets in the rooms. I believe a nice hotel should have flat screen TV's. Sorry! but it made the whole hotel look cheap! I would not stay there again!

Get some new TV's.

Convenient - easy to find - easy freeway access. Low cost. Pools clean and comfortable.

The staff were all real nice. I ordered a bottle of wine with cheese and cracker tray and it took longer than stated by room service. When I called to inquire about order the manager apologized and the wine/tray was sent within 15 minutes and on the house. Very nice gesture. Our dinner (chicken dish) was warm and very good for hotel food. Courtesy limo to airport a big plus - that's why i stayed at the Marriott. Driver very nice too.

It's nice and clean, I loved the sports bar and restaurant in the hotel,it was an awesome stay!

There is a restaurant and bar which is very good, no need to go out for dinner, breakfast if not desired. Rooms very clean etc. Thank you.

The lobby is impressed and everything was good.
