Very comfortable bed. Very nice room. Gated, on site security, quiet. Free WiFi no pw needed. Bar and grill inside. Pool was in doors and great. Very friendly American staff.
The gate was a bit tricky
The price was nice
The bathroom was horribly dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom. It was clear whoever 'cleaned' the room just did not care. We packed up and left. The next hotel was fabulous. We will never stay here again.
layout of the room
needs a refurbishment to bring it up to date, fixtures and fittings are worn and marked.
The hotel is located midway on the loop and provided easy access to any where in the city. The hotel was charming and inviting. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and quiet.
The breakfast was not really up to par. The drink machine had a leak and juice was all over the floor making it sticky.
The bed was very comfortable if you like a soft bed. The room was nice and roomy. The decor was beautiful inside the room. The maid for the 6th floor asked after I checked out the room was it to my liking - it was! It was close to the highway so easy accessibility.
Trash was in the parking lot, location of the hotel was not where I expected it to be felt like we were driving into a compound. Breakfast was only 30 mins long. You could hear every time a room door would close.
Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, excellent pillows (for those who like feather pillows that don't elevate one's head a foot off the bed).
Breakfast was not worth having. Definitely pass on that.
Great everything loved the indoor pool and hot tub!!
Great breakfast, including hot items Easy access to the highway and major points of interest
As I was not able to connect to the Wi-Fi in my room or anywhere in the hotel, the front desk was kind enough to waive the internet fee when I used their business centre computer. Thank you. Quiet rooms, lovely facilities (lobby, both pools and the bar). Breakfast was excellent, Food from the bar was very good and well priced.
I was not able to connect to the Wi-Fi while my sister could easily connect.
location was quiet and peaceful.some amenities,i.e. restaurants in close proximity.staff cheerful and helpful.
Primary attractions and downtown area a bit far away via gridlocked i-240.
My whole experience was great.
The orange at breakfast was not good.
both pool areas, fitness room, breakfast, beds. Very comfortable place to stay.
hallway carpeting, location
Secured entry, friendly atmosphere and smiling faces.
I love the hotel bed was very comfortable also tge staff was very helpful and polite and my room was very pretty and clean.
I didn't like that the shuttle wasn't ran enough for guest to use much and also breakfast was ran too short
Tub leaked had to put a towel under spout
Everything during stay was great, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast choices excellent and plentyful.
Plastic utensils at breakfast, but understand why. Little way out of downtown memphis, need a car to get around
Loved the location. The room was spacious. Friendly staff
Front entrance of the hotel had a horrible urine smell.
The room was great, pool and excercise room were outstanding, and staff were friendly and helpful! And the breakfast was really great!
Not a thing!
The foyer area was lovely. The room was ok but carpets seemed dirty and dated. The bed was very comfortable.
No spare toilet roll in the bathroom and TV was not flat screen.
The room was clean and big . I had a good view while looking out window. The front desk ppl were very nice.
The old tv and channels .
I enjoyed my stay at The Hotel Memphis. The staff is very friendly and the accommodations were clean and inviting. I would definitely stay here again.
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was full servings and nice.
Indoor pool was cloudy and smelled funky.
Electrcity went off during the night. No big problem.
Beautiful furnishings, nice linens, beautiful room. For the price we paid, the hotel was very nice. We would stay there again. The room was very clean.
The walls were thin, so it was a little noisy - of course we were there during Elvis week and there were A LOT of Elvis fans! The breakfast was in a very crowded area with paper and plastic everything. You have to get there early or everything is gone fruit wise! Housekeeping had weird hours. Our room did not get cleaned the first two days!
