Good quality of sleep, the staff was so gentle.
Bathtub was draining water so slow.
Good location and definitely value for money considering standard and rate.
One hour before breakfast closed everything was empty.
The staff in the reception were very helpful and polite. The room was good (except for the sheets and towels). It was a good idea to have a coffee machine in the room, but unfortunately you couldn't use anything but the coffee bags, and they didn't taste anything...
The cleaning was bad. It felt like the sheets had already been used before our arrival. The breakfast was poor.
-Close to Disney parks.
-The breakfast facility was small, with a very limited selection.
Defenetly shuttle who has the 3 places to go Disney epcot, magic kingdom, and Universal. Eventhough have to be aware of pick up time. Close to flee Market, mall anf restaurants. Bus just in the front of hotel. The room is confortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast is basic but never run out of food. Defenetly will come back again.
The staff was wonderful and the location was nice.
Our room smelled musty as soon as we walked in. Not only did we find small areas of mold on the bathroom walls, but there was also mold in the far corner of the outer wall near the bed. This is the main reason I gave a fair rating on cleanliness and would not recommend others to stay.
The room was nice, clean and of good size and space, including a microwave and fridge.
The shuttle times to the Disney parks were limited and we had to take expensive taxis a few times to and from the parks because of that. About 30$ per direction. Also the breakfast was poor offering bagles, muffins and omellettes with not enough sitting areas for all the guests. We never had a place to sit.
Very close to Disney. Harold at the front desk is excellent at his job.
Duty Manager Harold Vargas was very polite and helpful
Pool was a bit poor
Close to Disney and eateries.
Discrepancy with bill.
Shuttle to Disney. Laundry. Large luxurious room for reasonable price. Breakfast
Neighbors above woke us at 1 am
Location. Quiet and comfy.
Stain on bed cover. Had it changed. Poor WiFi. Staff forgot replace face towels.
It is at a close distance from the Disney attractions.
The room was a litlle deteriorated, the sink one of the sink was cracked, the faucets ants the toilet kept dripping. Also the pillows were like bricks.
Great location, useful having microwave and fridge
Love this hotel best we have stayed in when we go to Orlando we will go again.
The location of the hotel allowed us the option to walk or drive to near by restaurants and other tourist attractions..
The breakfast options were very minimal and we were served the same meal two days in a row..
Location was good as it is very close to the Disney parks
The facilities lacked maintenance. The carpets were worn, full of stains and dirty. The cleaning was VERY bad. We stayed 9 days and the bed sheets were changed only once because we requested it. The covers looked unclean and shabby. The cleaning and vacuum was poorly done and superficial. DO NOT count on breakfast. ALL food is from the cheapest quality, there is no free table. We tried it only once and it was enough to decide not to come back. Overall a BAD experience. Would not recommend it
Breakfast was very crowded. Nowhere to sit.
Close to all the Parks. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and "modern looking" and with a pleasant smell. Housekeeping was great. Hot Breakfast was good. Overall GREAT experience, my wife and I would DEFINITELY stay there again!!
Angela was as confused as we were about why we were given the worst room in the hotel and proceeded to provide better accommodations for us. She offered a bill credit as consolation when I complained, but as I stated before, it was not the amount I was quoted for the first night. She was a bright spot in an otherwise dissapointing stay.
When we arrived to check in early - we were told in no uncertain terms that we would not be able to check in until 3:00. We had made plans on how to pass the time prior to arriving because we knew this, however the torrential rain that day prevented our plans except to grab some food and wait it out. We probably arrived back at the hotel around 5 or so. We were given the worst room possible by Jesus, which was on the first floor by the pool right next to the dining area and before the elevators. It turned out to be the most traveled way in and out of the hotel for everyone. I explained how bad this was since we were traveling with a young child and we were all exhausted because we had come in on the first flight that morning. Jesus rudely gave us an excuse that the hotel was completely booked even though the parking lot was nearly empty and it was the only room available. I was told the next day when I went to complain about ALL the noise that ended sometime into the night and started back up at 6:00 a.m., that room is never given to a guest with a reservation. It is only for a guest that arrives late with no reservation and the hotel is actually booked. After hearing this, I told the front desk staff that I was NOT paying for that night. Of course when I checked out I was credited the lowest nightly rate and not the amount I was quoted for the first night when I checked in. The room was run down and I definitely would not have spent another night there if that was the only option. The next day, the front desk staff was as puzzled as I was about why I was given this room. I know my opinion about this hotel would have been different if we were given an appropriate room the first night.
We liked the complimentary breakfast. Ok, for the what we paid.
Rooms were small. We didn't like the bed, mattress had a dent in the one side. We found a huge roach by our small sink! Last night we got a complaint that we were being too loud! We just got back from visiting a park and kids were in the bath tub so not sure what loud noise the neighbors heard.
Near the Disney Parks
The breakfast dining room is too small, some mornings no tables available we took our breakfast outside to eat round the pool.
