The staff was friendly and helpfull. The apartment was clean and bed was great! I even got my balcony as requested on line, thanks!! The location is great if you want to explore the city..2blocks from the Metro an bus stop. There is a crocery store 1block away to do some shopping if you want to prepare your own meals at the apartment! Good value for you money in NYC.
It is a bit noisy with the Lincon Tunnel next to the apartment...but hey it's New York!!!
Excellent service, the folks on the desk were friendly and extremely helpful!
Location to Theatre District...friendly cooperative staff.
Noise level when windows open...but,hey, this is NYC
Location, Location, Location right near Times Square
This feels like a budget hotel, kitcken is more like a kitchenette and quality of facilities is really lacking.
We could not use wifi because we were on the 11th floor. I booked for 6 people but it was ready for 4 people. It was not eenough for 6 people.
the rooms are very clean and spacious. It comes with a well equipped kitchen and I love that all utensils are provided. Its also just 5 min walk to Times Square and a stone throw to subway and supermarts! Will definitely stay here again!
The apts where well stocked & very clean & comfortable
The only downside & it's small. 4 girls sharing an apt with 1 mirror was challenging. A full length mirror would have been beneficial. And a kettle. Otherwise excellent
I like that the maid was not in every day and I could have clean linen when necessary.. I would stay at the Metro again. It was .much better than I expected. Thanks for the coffee.
I was sometimes ignored at the desk, even a written request had to be remade,....I like to feel homely away from home. If the staff were not new then they have to pay more attention to customer relation..There was no rapport.
I stayed in a Studio. It is the best you can get in Manhattan. Large apartment, with full kitchen, in a great location for a reasonable price. I stayed at The Row and at Metro Apartments during my stay. And I preferred the Metro apartments.
No hotel service. There was no cleaning of the apartment after I entered. Keep in mind it is like an apartment, not a hotel.
Location Friendly staff
Wifi slow Showers are old and dirty
Lots of space Beds are large enough Having a kichen / diningtable saves you money going out to restaurants Very close to times square
Bathroom could use some towel and clothes hangers
- good location - friendly staff
- bathroom needs renewing - wifi worked very bad and staff told me immediately that i should rather count on wifi in the lobby - cooling needs cleaning - it smelled bad
I told the hotel it was my birthday and there were beautiful roses and a bottle of wine waiting in our room. The location is incredible, you're right in Hell's Kitchen with amazing restaurants and only a few blocks from Times Square and Broadway! I definatley would stay here again.
There is a shelter for homeless youths down the street and they hang out on the sidewalk. We just stayed towards 9th avenue instead of venturing down towards 10th. No biggie.
There was no wifi and Telefone in the room! Too noisy and the location is horrible! Ming
The location was the best, plus the modern, basic layout and amenities.
The wifi was non-existent on the 13th floor, after being advertised as present in the whole building.
location cleanliness rooftop pool
The view was incredible at night. Central to time square. Really nice staff. Very quiet, clean and convenient. Enjoyed it. Thx
The restaurant was a "B". Pay a good chef and clean the kitchen really good, get an "A" and this hotel will be at the top. Thx
Location was cool and accessible to all expected sights.
Lack of intercom in d rooms and d wifi not functional in some floors .had to come to d ground floor.
Location and outlook was good.
Furniture and washrooms are old styled and demands a lot of improvement.
Some of the staff were helpful.
Rat when I arrived in room, no safe in room..had to get one from the front desk. Shower was not super clean, the room had a bad smell, no screen on window, the carpets were stained..and it was priced pretty high..$150 with taxes which were not included on Booking.com .. For that price you can get very clean good places..I want a refund asap..this is unacceptable.
Simple straightforward no thrills apartment
To close to Port Authority busstation and it's savvy neighborhood
Location, wifi, kitchen, room to open suitcases, elevator, private bathrooms
Room was clean and spacious
No internet access in the rooms (during check-in, they say that the signal is poor at times but should work - however we never had internet access in our room). The hotel location is very unfortunate as during the night the street noise is awful - a lot of buses from Port Authority and trucks They charge the guests $25 if the key is not handed in at 11:00 when the check-out time is. The hotel charges a fee to keep your luggage for a few hours.
We had a suite on the 7th floor. It had a microwave, stove top, coffee maker, TV, comfy bed and ensuite. There is a lift too. Compared to other places we stayed this seemed like good value considering you're in New York.
It is on a busy ugly intersection (however only a couple of streets away is nice) so being on a lower level could be noisy.
