Arrived late,speedy registration, spacious comfortable room resulted in restful night. Good breakfast, a little busy. Helpful and courteous front desk staff assisted elderly couple. Close to Union Station and easy walk to Chinatown. No problem recommending to other mature or young travellers.

The location was great,it is about a five minute walk to the hotel from Union Station. We also enjoyed the Historical District around the hotel. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. We would stay at this hotel again.

Location and one of the guys at the front desk - super funny and helpful. The air conditioner didn't work at all - the room wasn't as clean as it could have been. And I wish we had been oriented in terms of the parking garage. The fact that there are designated spaces and that we need a ticket on the dash board. I didn't find any of this out until the last day.

This is my 3rd time in this hotel. I think it's a good choice if you have to catch a train or underground (Hollywood, Universal, Long Beach, Pasadena...). Funny Olvera street market across the street. Kind staff and good rates. Quite rooms. Free coffee 24h. Complimentary USA Today. Internet point in lobby. Wi-fi not working in room at 4th floor but ok in lobby. In room fridge was empty. Poor breakfast. Just one english channel on tv, all other was chinese channels. Safe in room costs 50 cents every time you lock it.

Lacation to union station and freandly staff I found a peice of tisue with blood on it ,,,and then the next morning I noticed there were spots of blood on the sheets and hair wich was not mine and that is realy sick and wrong and so the sheets were obviously not changed

Fantastic location for those traveling on amtrak. Great restaurants in every Direction. Really convenient for public transportation. Would have really liked a coffee machine in the room.

The location is excellent for sightseeing, easy access to public transport and even venues like the wdch (if you don't mind a bit of walking). The room was spacious, the bathroom, too, the heating worked fine, the breakfast was simple but there in the morning when you just need a coffee and a (blueberry) bagel. Staff was friendly - what need you more? Oh, and despite the fact that the hotel is located near the busy Alameda road there was no noise to interrupt the sleep at night! Nothing comes to mind ...

Location is good, near by Union station where you can take shuttle bus to the airport and subway to Hollywood. Room is clean and staff is friendly. Dining room for breakfirst is so small.

Conveniently located to Union Station and Philippe'S. Plumbing was terrible....shower did not work, toilet was leaking, and the noise from all the walking around from the floor above us kept us awake most of the night.

Staff were courteous. Was kind to store our luggage when we checked out at noon because our flight was in the evening. Was conveniently located near the Union Station and shops around Chinatown. Had a pleasant stay. Thank you

The price is within the state per diem rates and it has eating options nearby. It is easy to get the worksite I where I was instructing. Tho the hotel is looking dated, it is clean. I love that it has safe parking. The hotel could use some updating. I had to start work at 6:30 am so could not have breakfast before I left.
