Easy to get to, 5mins walk max from Union Station which you can get a shuttle bus to from LAX airport. Room was fine, a bit musty but nothing that a open window didn't cure. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean and a good shower. Fridge in room, ice machine & chilled water down the hallway. Free breakfast was fine too - plenty to eat and the coffee was fab! $4 per night to park under hotel - great! Gas station opposite so no worries about filling up. Staff were friendly and best of all, were expecting me! Neighbourhood not great. Just a few restaurants about. Not an area one would want to go exploring but I am female and I was on my own. Good value for visiting the city but would suggest that this hotel is good for one night, possibly two and then move on. |

Free breakfast. Convenient to LA Union Station and downtown. The room was hot when I arrived. Hot, hot, hot. Wall air conditioner was noisy, so I had a choice between a cooler room and noise from the air conditioner. And the ice machine near the elevators was loud and ran all night. The noise was easily audible in my room. |

Proximity to Union Station and other public transport; friendly staff; internet access quick and reasonably priced; continental breakfast; fridge in room; generous sized rooms and bathroom Looking a little tired and dowdy - needs some renovation - an internal paint job would be a great start with colourful window and room furnishings |

proximity to Amtrak Union Station It was old and run down. Rooms were very sparsely furnished and appointed. But it was OK for the money. It was also very noisy with horrendous all night traffic noise. |

Outstanding location downtown--Union Station, Dodger Stadium, City Center etc. Plain décor but clean and quiet and super value for the money in LA city centre. Breakfast was basic but adaquate. Indoor parking onsite at $4 day is a bargain. For the price you cannot expect more. |

Big room, fitness center The air was a bit stuffy/smoky in spite of it being a non-smoking room. |
