The complimentary breakfast was excellent, along with free supply of tea/coffee all day. Location is excellent for shopping and nightlife, within walking distance of major attractions, bus station & subway |

The toiletries in the rooms were of a nice quality making money seemed more important than providing a good quality of experience for the client - as though we were paying merely for a product and not for a service. Also, the doubling of prices for New Years Eve was not reflected in extra attention to ensuring a good stay for the customer - poor value for money. |

Me hubiese gustado que en la recepciòn hubiera alguien que hablara español, italiano y frances la gente que no tienen un inglès fluido les resultaba dificil la comunicaciòn. Creo que a la persona que uno recurre cuando esta en otro paìs es la persona del hotel para que lo guie y ayude. |

La disponibilité du personnel et un grand bravo à Eva qui a été totalement à l'écoute et a formulé d'excellentes propositions de sorties. Nelson, le portier, a été completement dévoué et super gentil!!! L'absence de bouilloire dans la chambre |

L'emplacement de l'hotel, les services proposés par le personnel à la réception y compris les portiers, et l'ensemble des femmes de ménage, le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié, les chambres spacieuses et la vue imprenable de la terrasse en haut de l'hotel face à l'......empire building....GRANDIOSE!!!!! |

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Relatief klein hotel, het heeft een persoonlijke sfeer door de medewerkers. We kregen een gratis upgrade naar een suite. De badkamers zijn erg klein. De prijs was toch erg hoog in verhouding. Ontbijt was op plastic bordjes met een plastic vork en mes. |
