The manager was extremely helpful, especially when the bay bridge was out and we ended up needing an extra bed for a stranded Berkeley student. Parking cost a bunch....and the valet situation just seemed awkward....do we tip? do we not tip? Why do I need valet if there are open spaces right there.... |

Reasonable rates, staff and management sincerely attempting to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Parking excellent on hotel premises, cost in line with San Francisco, $35 per 24 hours, in and out all you want which is worth the cost in this town. Small rooms, Flat screen TV but channel options limited. |

No luxury there but the price is right. Very decent value for the money. There's lots of homeless people and proactive beggars around. We do not feel safe while walking back to the hotel at night time. |

nice bed. Freindly staff No heat in building, it was freezing. Also no food on premesis. |

The location of the hotel is very good! It is near the center. In the evening the center is full of homeless people. We did not like that much very much..... |

staff friendly,very close to shopping, bars, restaurants and 15 mins walkto fishermans wharf would have loved a biscuit with tea and coffe in the morning |

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sleeping room and bathroom were clean. Bathroom was equipped with soap, shampoo, etc., towels and hairdryer. Sleeping room with big flatscreen TV. Free wireless internet. Very nice Hotel, I would stay there again. |
