The location The first girl at the reception could not find my reservation and was if not rude but not very helpful she made me make another booking.when I got held afterr making a new reservation the girl was gone and a got help from another member of staff and this girl was very helpful.called a managerabout the new and old booking took the old one cancelled the new one for me and sorted everything out very nicely...roomfacilities a bit dated.shower very poor. |

Very good hotel, huge, luxurious, nice large rooms. Very good show of Cirque du Soleil "KA". A fridge in the room would have been appreciated. |

The pool was fantastic!! The spa / gym facilities were great. The only thing that was annoying was the price for food! It was very expensive to eat nearly everywhere! |

We were on the 16 flr. Not sre on the rm, but our housekeeper did an amazing job. I did notice that the room svc cart where left for a long period of time. |

reasonable room rate. room was clean and housekeeping was attentive and responsive. Checkin was very lengthy and worker had difficulty finding our reservation even though we had a printed confirmation number. Not very kid friendly. |

I liked the multitude of different shops and eateries in and around the hotel. The proximity to everything on the Strip is also a big plus. |

Beds were really comfortable. Liked the rooms. Pool area great. No fridge. Couldn't give us a King Non Smoking tower room just 2 Queens or west wing (too far away from friends).. |

Very good location. I asked for a light bulb to be repaired and TV image quality to be fixed. They did come in to check but none was fixed during my stay. |

The rooms were very modern and fabulous. Trendy decor and very comfy bed. Great service and fast delivery on room service orders. We couldn't find our menu at first in the room, but the girl on the phone helped us pick from the menu over the phone and gave us all the info we needed. It was great service. We enjoyed the hotel so much we decided we wanted to stay an extra night. Unfortunately, our room rate would have doubled for an additional night-which was a Sunday and I thought that was unusual being that the weekend was over. Other than that, they offered us late checkout instead with no questions asked. They were still very nice. |

the elevators being separate for the lower and upper floors made it more convenient- less waiting for elevators and less stops once you were on one. The pool was too far from our room and you had to walk through part of the casino to get there. Also felt $16,00 to rent an inner tube was expensive. As a result we did not use the pool at all. |

Rooms were very spacious, comfortable and very clean. Pool is very good especially the lazy river however it gets ridiculously busy during the weekend with weekenders. Food at the Grand Buffet was very nice although expensive The hotel is extremely busy particularly at weekends, we found prices in the hotel to be very high particularly the drinks at the pool and the rubber tubes were very expensive. |

Location to the strip and other hotels. The shows in the hotel were excellent and good value. The wifi Internet was not compatible with the iPhone which is the first time this has happened to me. |

Too Noisey, no mini bar, too bust, very long check in and out lines. Rooms very far from everything. Pool too far. Parking is 15 min hike to rooms. |

Location was great, right in the middle of the strip. Our room was wonderful, clean and lot of room. We were not able to use any of the 5 pools , too crowded. Summer is not the time to go to Vegas. Would stay at a smaller hotel next time.MGM Grand was too Grand (large) for us. |
