Location - access to highways, people mover, restaurants. Very helpful staff. Great bed. Comfortable, well equipped room. Breakfast included.

They were accomodating when we decided to change the room type and the breakfast in the am was exceptional. the pool wasa beautiful and the surroundings were great (covered lanai's, towels and seating areas). thanks we will be back and will recommend your hotel to others!!

Really good value for money. The location is ideal for downtown Miami attraction. The hotel is walking distance from AA arena and other sightseeing spots. The room are big, bright and very clean. There is really nothing to be unhappy about.

Location, cleanliness, upscale.

I booked at the Hampton Inn and suites as we were four ladies sharing a room and I liked the option option of Queen size beds. Upon arriving at our room We were given a room with double beds. When calling customer service, I was told that they only had double and King rooms. Other than this, it is a great location and very clean. The water in the taps smelled horrible.

The hotel had a real upmarket feel to it, even though its in the mid price range. The staff were very friendly and happy to give directions for our excursions in Miami beach. Rooms really clean and comfortable. Brickell has a nice village feel to it, and lots of restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Really close to metromover so easy to get around Miami.

Excellent hotel in very convenient location in banking district and right near.Metrrail and free people mover station. Direct train to and from airport for $2! Free wifi and good breakfast also free. As senior travellers this hotel suited us perfectly, safe area away from the hype and crowds of the Beach. But to visit South Beach is about half hour by free mover and /$2 bus. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

A restaurant in the hotel would have been nice. After a long day of sightseeing one doesn't always feel.like heading out to find a meal. Other than that no criticisms at all.

Great place, clean, welcome drink, good places to eat around.

The acoustic of the room is not so good room and the service maids are a bit pushy.

The hostess Talita was helpfull all the time and the staff very polite.

After 9 days as host I had to pay a half rate to stay 2 more hours in the room.If I stayed 2 days I would pay the same ????

The location is great, right near the metromover station, 20 min to airport by taxi. The hotel is new, very clean, designed, the breakfast is not bad.

The only minus is absence of slippers, the hotel of such level must have it.

The loved the cleanliness of the hotel.

The part that I did not like was that I was billed another $41 after a few hours of me checking in to the hotel. I went to the front lobby and asked them why I was billed and the person at the front desk informed me that I wasn't billed enough for taxes so they had to charge me again. When I first check in I asked the receptionist if I was gonna be billed any other charges and I was informed that I was already billed for the room plus taxes and the holding fee for $25 and I would not see any other charges. I rather get billed all at once instead of seeing multiple charges. This experience had me second guess about staying at another Hampton hotel because I'm afraid that I will see multiple transaction coming out of my account.

The gorgeous design of the hotel was definitely captivating. The breakfast was phenomenal, and room services were always quick and efficient! I loved the city view you got from any window of the hotel. The pool/hot tub area was also one of my favorite parts of this hotel, the decorations and play with the lights were very cool and the staff always made sure to keep the area looking great and fully stocked with towels. Parking was also a greatly useful commodity. A big big plus for my group as a group of 20-somethings was the location. We were within walking distance of multiple lounges, bars, and restaurants! Which made it safe for us to enjoy ourselves fully. Also, we received 1 complimentary drink each from the pool bar which was nice.

All amenities and fittings were of high quality. Reception staff friendly and efficient. I felt very comfortable there (wish I'd stayed an extra night!)

Difficulty in locating the hotel, paying for car parking.

Prison style plastic cutlery and plates were not ideal.

everything was perfect except: 1. nobody proposed when checking in if they can help us with our luggage 2. at 09:00 am in the morning the room maid knocked on our door at what time we are leaving...... so she can clean our room 3. very nice and helpful staff but just not enough examples: - nobody at the bar, as she was alone and she had to go for the ice - at the moment of checking out, only one front office clerk (manager was not on the spot, may be problem with a safe....) we have been 3 clients one had a problem in the business corner to print, one wanted to pay 2 or 3 things of the gift shop and me who wanted to do the check out

At any time helpful and courteous Hotel staff (without any exception from desk & reception staff to chamber maids and breakfast staff) My special thanks are going to Isabel, Talia and the breakfast Team Sandra, Yanet and Luz which are doing a fantastic job. I could recommend this hotel to my best friends.

Really nothing. Even my concerns concerning the plastic dishes for breakfast had been clearified as these dishes are according to the general manager not out of plastic but made out of a product called tatter-ware, which is basically a potato product that fully dissolves in the landfills in less than 90 days so they are the ultimate green way to serve our breakfast.
