No cleaning in the rooms until the seventh day. No receptionist at night, no security. Impossible to pay your bill in cash. Terrible service. If you can, choose another hotel. Breakfast is a joke

I thought the room was very nice - fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, separate living room.

I was awaked at 10am by the cleaning people the first time. I had requested a late check out online and then at the front desk for 1pm and was not told that after 12:30 I would be charged an additional night. I received another knock at the door around 11:30 from housekeeping - I again told housekeeping that I had requested a late check out. I then received a call from the front desk advising that I needed to be out by 12:30 in order to avoid an additional days' stay.

Is the best relation cost/value I´ve found in Miami especially at Doral during the last 3 years. Really well located for many purposes: business, shopping and tourism. Instalations cleaned, well maintained, looks new. The kitchenette is perfect for family with childrens. The personal is really nice, especially thanks to Ivan, Michelle and Mario.

You feel like home there. I could order mine stuff and when Im back at the hotel I get mine package there. Its a central you can walk to restaurants wallmark payless etc.

they dont have breakfast. maybe they need shuttle its shall be more atractive for other type of guest that dont drive.

Really nearby Outlet shopping Dolphin Mall and other goods like Wallmart, Red Lobster Restaurant and International Miami Airport. Nice room, clean, with great kitchen.

Breakfast is a "joke" - just a bottle of coffee and industrialized package muffins and apple. And this is it!

The room is very old, smelling cigars. My room had a small kitchenette, but the dishes are old and dirty. I needed a baby cot, but they don't have it available in that hotel. The air conditioner doesn't work, sometimes cold, sometimes hot.

Good location, property in good condition. Excellent location on Galloway, close to restaurants, airport, business location, and shopping.

Beds are not up to the modern standard. Sheets not top-quality, only two poor pillows.

All around is excellent.

Only thing I did not like is that there is no one at the front desk between 11pm and 7 am.

You have a comfortable studio with complete kitchen. However, the room will only be cleaned once a week if you stay more than 7 days. Be aware that you have to pay usd 3 if you want to have it clean, your bed to be made and change the towels. However, the rest is excellent.

The hotel dis not have extra bed, and they made the room just once in a week.

Gostei muito do atendimento.

No se si tiene que ver con el hotel o con booking ya que en estos días debo presentar una queja ya que me han cobrado una noche días a tras por cancelar la reserva (por cuestiones de retraso del viaje) aun cuando me han enviado un mail confirmándome la baja de la reserva con cero costo, pero en el resumen del banco figura el debito. Próximamente además de mi queja al banco les escribiré a Uds,

Het hotel ligt op een rustige lokatie, maar erg centraal van alle voor ons belangrijke plaatsen: airport, Winkels en eetgelegenheden. Na een dag drukte in de Malls was het een verademing om binnen 10 a 20 min weer in de rust van het hotel terug te komen. De suite heeft een ruime kitchenette waar we toch zelf iets snel konden klaarmaken en we hebben heerlijk in bad gepoedeld om de spieren weer te ontspannen. In een woord: fantastisch!

Het ontbijt was niet echt ontbijt. Alleen koffie, appels en een zoet verpakte koffiekoek. Niet iets wat wij als ontbijt eten.

Me parece que el costo del hotel es muy bueno con respecto a sus instalaciones y servicios.

Ich würde dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen. Es hat keinerlei Annehmlichkeiten. Bin um Mitternacht gegen 2 Uhr morgens eingetroffen, keine Getränke zu kaufen und auch keinen Snack. Schlecht angeschrieben, habe es von der Strasse aus nicht gesehen. Auf den ersten Blick war alles sauber. Jedoch die Matratze war nicht so prickelnd. Ist ein uraltes schäbiges Hotel.
