Miami International Airport Hotel  

Location as a transit hotel to onwards travel

Leisure facilities were closed this was not advised at time of booking

Really enjoyed the convinience of being right at the airport and it was very affordable. Would recommend this Hotel.

The room was so small, noisy, and utterly filthy. I was shocked to pay 189.00 for such trash. I cancelled my return reservation and moved to another hotel nearby, much much cheaper and superb. Sofitel was excellent, adn 355 cheaper. Yours was a horrible experience- I will never stay again.

The location is convenient.

The bell desk isn't helpful and the room is too small.

Its location other than that is a very basic Hotel at extremely high costs.

The room rates are very high considering the quality of the rooms - bad lighting and sometimes virtually no daylight depending on location of room. An inevitable necessity for transit travellers.

I was traveling with my 5 years old daughter and I had to sleep in Miami to continue my trip next day so it was very convenient for us to be at the airport. There were not shampoo and conditioning in the bathroom and the hairdryer is as old as my grandmother.

Easy to get a cab, great bed.

I requested a view og the runway, which the staff provided, however there was no view to speak of really. Not the staffs fault, but the view of runway is oversold.

Rang housekeeping for shampoo and conditioner - never arrived (wasn't any in room, just more lotion) Coffeemaker wasn't working - had to ask for new one Room service got my meal wrong, no drink, and was cooked on burnt grill, took so much time to get it in the first place, I didn't call for replacement. Person at checkout was unkind, when we told him someone had left a tray in the elevator, he acted like it was our fault, was more concerned with calling housekeeping than getting our checkout finished. States they are soundproof - not so

I'm sure you hear the same thing over and over...it was old and noisy. The food and serve in the restaurant was more then poor. If it were not for our early flight the following morning I would have looked else where. Out of the three hotels I stayed in during my stay in Miami this was by far the worst.

Convenience is number one. It was very nice to be able to rest overnight after a day of travel and before taking on the city. The restaurant was a quiet oasis in a hectic day. The food was delicions and the staff attentive. The room, while standard, was quiet and comfortable. All the staff is competent, efficient and kindly helpful. We look forward to visiting you again.

It was a little confusing at first where to check in because of the lounge on the Terminal side of the hotel.
