Rooms old and tired. Allocated a room that hadn't been cleaned. One of the two lifts was under maintenance but still in service, safety issue! Poorly signed, hard to find if your not familiar.
We had a short turn around with late arrival and early departure next morning. Several places to eat and drink in airport.
Speed of staff. Quality of service. Value for money.

Staff recognized me, was very professional and helpful. Room was clean well appointed, well equipped and in order. Much unlike my first and third experiences. Location perfect. Shuttle to Dolphin Mall a plus.

Dated, and small. Couldn't drive the luggage cart into the room without unloading, which was a pain considering the ability to roll into the room with my luggage and crash was the reason to stay here.
Nothing but the location to be able to catch my flight.
it felt like prison I could hear everything next door . The Bed made a lot of noise i could not turn or change position .

I read all negatives comments about this hotel and I choose it because it inside the airport , close the check-in area . I couldn't belive it could be so bad! I thought, why people complain so much if its right inside the airport ? Nothing is better if you have a early flight !
My experience on 18 August : 1)I arrived around noon and my room was not ready jet so I ask if I could drop the suitcase and comeback after eat something,the receptionist asked the bell-boy (which he was next to us) if I could leave my suitcase,he didn't moved and I saw him doing strange face and the receptionist suggested to wait a bit in the hall because the room was ready in about 10 min ( No nice welcome and no helpful staf )Anyway I left because I was hungry .2) I went into the room and I went to checking around,the sink was not clean very well,there was a small curly heir on it, there was something else yellow inside and surface was wet (dropping water)I have a picture and the door was also derty.3) I went to eat in the hotel's restaurant and it was,old and boring,unprofesional service,the food was very bad and I think also the chef has no knowledge about cooking .When I finish the waiter took the side dish and put on top the main dish(still with food inside) on front of me and than he took away one on top the other one,unbelive! For me I think they look like to kick away the customer .Better to don't call this place hotel or renew all and offer just a nice/clean/fresh room with a very WELCOME from PROFESIONAL,GENTLE,POLITE,HELPFUL,CHEERFUL . . . . staff,because even the traveler stay 1 night spend the money , and he wont feel to be welcome and comfortable to stay.I know nothing will change ,because there are million people need to sleep one night.

The fact that they didn't cancel the duplicate online booking my partner made for me even though they had asked for her credit card details to confirm the reservation and said it was actually made for a day in advance (she booked online in Australia, one day ahead of the US) and would cancel it and create a new reservation for me for that night. I payed on check out and they still charged her credit card.

No Fridge in room. Travel with medication that needs refrigeration.
I liked the location, super easy to get to right when coming in from a flight, and since we had a connection the next day, it was the best option to take.
The smell was awful, they sprayed such strong chemicals in the hallways that I couldn't breathe when I walked out of my room and started coughing. I told this to the staff at the reception, since this is very dangerous and can be toxic, especially for people with asthma, however they shrugged and didn't care about my comment. They asked if I wanted to change the room, but tried to explain that this was on all of the floors in the hallways- it's the cleaning products you are using.

the location.it's the best place to sleep if you have to take a plane early in the morning. it's also very close to the rental cars building!
It has been years since the last time I saw your place. Always like the location, but never had a reason to stay the night. I was always impressed with the staff in the past. So I was very happy with the one night I stayed and the staff to make my visit a pleasant time.
Hope you complete your lounge remodel soon. It was only thing that seem to be not fitting with your standard.
The staff tried to resolve our problems
There was no chair in the room where we could sit down and work on the computer. It was very difficult to get any WIFI.
The room wasn't very clean. Carpet needed to be vacuumed. Bathroom floor needed to be scrubbed. Also, tub and sink area were not very clean.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, room was clean.
The place looked like it was falling apat, but maybe they are just taking their time fixing it up. Room had 2 bed, no typical hotel furniture, like a place to put clothes. we stayed two nights, more of a place to stay if you have no where to go while passing through the airport.
the noise between the rooms i.e. bathrooms and the state of the bathrooms was very old and very poor. the fact that the restaurant top of the roof was in a terrible state and very lacking ..it used to be an excellent place for a drink and some seafood
We arrived to MIA at 10:00 pm from Europe and needed to catch a bus at 9:00am so the location was perfect.
The hotel was under construction so it looked sloppy. The rooms and hallway looked old and aged. The key didn't work so the security guard let us in saying most of the keys don't work but it's ok because he has a key to every room. That was a little creepy. The room itself didn't look too clean, but for a couple of hours of sleep, it worked.
