Location was good, reception staff Friendly, rooms clean but but simple, beds too soft and bathroom could use some update. Generally good for the money, close to all stores, easy to reach from airport (train stop First Street) but wouldnt stay for week.
Handy and reasonably price
Room very basic, no chair no trash bin noisy heard all noises above. Wasn't there long enough to bother me
Reception at front desk was fine. She had a great attitude and was helpful. Gave us towels when we requested them.
No towels in room, holes in walls like someone punched it with a fist, no soap/shampoo in room, parking location was confusing among guests, blood stains on floor, no cover under broken plumbing under sink, hole in bathroom door, TV remote control could not hold batteries in compartment because it was broken.
Roach in refrig. Tile bathroom looked dirty. Beds not firm enough. Extremely small room.
The room was a disaster. There was underwear and Valentine's Day balloons under our beds
not livable, bad condition, bad environment, we were cheated, we stayed in the room a few minutes, then left.
Location was good
You see Mold & Fungus in bathroom.Smell strongly bad everywhere.Impolite staff.
Noting. I was there for 2 nights.I Left and I find another hotel.
The staff were polite and helpful
The state of the rooms and especially the bathroom. Had to kill some sort of bugs daily with my shoe, they seem to come out around the base of the toilet.
staff most helpful, good cafe for b'fast next door
believe in summer it might be too hot
Staff seemed unorganized.
The location of the hotel was the only thing good about this place
The hotel was really run down for the the price. The lobby definitely hid the next 6 levels of this building.
Great hotel to stay overnight for 1 night, I recommend
Good location - Close to some bars, the Government Central Railway station $2.50 from the airport and also close to Bayside market place and the Miami Heat Basket Ball arena. Good for a one night stop over before a cruise.
The place is pretty nasty and the rooms very small - The sink and mirror are at the end of your bed. The window was held together with duct tape and the aircon unit looked like it was going to fall out. The bathroom was a bit grimy looking with busted up floor tiles. The bed was ok and appeared to be clean and I slept well but I had just been on a 10hr flight and had some beers down the street so I passed out (could have been a park bench and I wouldn't have known)
Family room 1 queen bed 2 twins
Filthy, roaches, rusty tub fixtures, non working fridge.
I liked only localition and wi fi.
I do not like it because the booking indicates that you have the right car when I arrived at the hotel the reception told me that was not in hiring, and but arrived three hours before check in at the hotel, the reception wanted to charge me $ 95 for three hours a always absurd can not make a negotiation, the hotel is poor, comfort and the bathroom then you can barely turn your body to take a shower. I think it was one of the worst reception that already had in hotels.
Specially for events at bayfront-park/AA-stadium (in my case the Miami marathon) the location is ideal. Its only a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel and surroundings felt comfortable enough. Straff from reception is friendly. I must give my compliments to 'Super-Susan', she was very friendly and willing to help. Thanks a lot!
The room was okay, but could use a major renovation which the reception area apparantly allready had. Good for one or two nights.
Everything I checked off
Not the perfect place but I knew I paid a cheap hotel. But when I came for my second night PAID through Booking.com they have rented it to someone else. I am still fighting for my credit.
Run down, dirty, bad location, no private parking as stated, noisy, unprofessional
The bathroom ceiling was leaking water all night. Floor flooded. Could not use toilet bexause we would get wet.
I like the location, only two short blocks from Bayside
the room we stayed in, the shower, need adjusting, the water was directed at the shower curtain, and as it was a tiny space....it was impossible to take a shower.
Nothing at all
Booked for 2 days- smelt like mold, found bed bugs & cockroaches! Wouldn't refund for second night had to book else where. Worst service ever would never recommend. Please stay away for your own well being.
Excellent diner next door Downtown location Close to arena Close to Bayside, market
Not a lot of amenities Have to pay for parking
