I wanted to pay my hotel stay with vouchers and I said so when I made check in . The lady answered ok and told me I could give the vouchers at checkout . When I was doing check out the person from sofitel told me I could not use the vouchers because my stay was already paid with the credit card I used to make the reservations . It took some time because I did not accept this . Tje lady told me that only reservations could do something for me but they would arrive only at 9:00 am but I would miss my flight if I had to wait . I had a tough conversation and had to show gold le club member to solve this issue .

The rooms are huge and comfortable. Wifi is free of charge and works very well. The staff very friendly with special thanks to one of the staff members Francisco, ho was always very helpful. The restaurant is delicious! Very close to the airport so it is perfect for relaxing after a long flight. Everything was perfect!

Staff were very friendly. Good location. Comfy beds. Water didn't drain properly in shower but it was fixed. There were ants in the gym along the wall above the treadmills. I let the front desk know.

Tucana receptionist was excellent, extremely polite, friendly & welcoming. Bar was very relaxing with great appetisers. Walls were very thin to rooms & I very loud Latinos staying next to me. I wasn't sure how to close the blinds to the window in my room so the sun light woke me up at 6:30am. The air conditioning in the corridors to the rooms was blowing really loudly & was really cold.

We Stayed for one night as we arrived at Miami airport late evening the location of this hotel was great as it was only 5 min from the airport just perfect after a long flight. The rooms are great and the beds are so comfortable!! Breakfast was expensive but thats what you get with big hotel chains!

As we were Accor blue members we were upgraded to a suite without asking. Staff are always polite and efficient. Cannot think of anything!

The comfortable bed. The good amenities in the bathroom, the staff was very helpfull. The hotel has a comfortable location for who has a car. No breakfast in our deal. The building, the bathroom and the corridors need a makeover. They charge you for parking
