The smell from the sewage plant we were told was behind the hotel after we checked in. The coffee was lukewarm in the morning and the breakfast area way too small. Minor maintenance needs to be done, such as torn window screens and cracked tiles in bathroom.
clean bathroom and very comfortable beds.
the lighting. Would have preferred a lamp beside the bed. Also, small TV positioned too high up on the wall.
Spacious room with double queen bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and featured waffles with all the other items.
The furnace heater was too hot. Tried to turn it down with no success. The clerk was efficient but not at all friendly.
This hotel is relatively far from the railroad tracks. We were given a room on the street side which is away from the tracks and did not hear the trains. It is a smoke and pet free facility.
When we checked in I asked about places to eat. The clerk, who may have been the manager, offered only one suggestion even though I asked about others, and failed to mention that the one he suggested was a truck stop with no liquor licence. It did, however, have quite a nice salad bar that was kept fresh. The TV was placed very high, above a wardrobe at a funny angle. I cannot look up at this for more than 5 minutes without getting a stiff neck. When we went for breakfast at 8 AM there was just one piece of fruit- no more available - and no yogurt - 2 more were brought when requested. Not much of anything except cereal and waffles.
Breakfast area very cramped, small and 'minimalist' at best.
Clean. Reasonable facilities for the price. Breakfast.
Very close to train line. A bit out of town. A breakfast kitchenette and two table for 50 rooms made breakfast a dog fight.
Comfortable beds Breakfast included in price Excellent value for money Clean, and everything worked In three weeks of travellig across five states this is the best place we have stayed at.
Too close to the railroad tracks
There was green stuff in the toilet it looked like someone had gotten sick, I called the front Desk he came and cleaned it up.I Would never go there again. I was shocked to see it was by Wyndham. I thought your rooms were all better than this.
rooms were clean bedding was clean rooms were good sized
appearance of motel is poor many broken items-orange juice machine, exercise equipment, lobby bathroom no room to eat breakfast breakfast offerings were minimal
Ac didn't work in first room moved us to another room that was filthy and the ac didn't work in that room either.
Breakfast was lousy. Cereal, cream cheese and bread stale and dry
Nothing stunk no ac and rude curtains broke it worst hotel ever Would not recommend to no one
Overall cleanliness of the room was just great we got a good nights sleep the air conditioner didn't work very good and was kind of noisy but it was a very good experience overall
There was a smell when you walked in the lobby that was very foreign to us maybe far eastern cuisine or something but it was kind of funky
Hotel was very clean and squared away. The linens and mattress very super comfy. The continental breakfast was pretty darn decent, complete w make your own waffle station. Staff was friendly.
Coffee was pretty gross. But there's several gas stations right there for us wannabe coffee snobs, so no worries. Cleaning crew fairly pushy in the morning.
Room was fine and price was reasonable.
No elevator and we were on 2nd floor. Breakfast selection very limited and very small space to sit and eat. We chose to pass and eat elsewhere.
The staff (Jay) was very nice, and courteous. And the lady that checked me out was also very nice.
The room was disqusting..I took a shower with my shoes on and used my own towel, and did not sleep in the bed. Everything was dirty and bedding was stained. Tried to talk to the owner or manager but he was not it, left note for him to call me-no response.
The staff was friendly
Well it advertised a coffee maker in the room but there was none and there little breakfast was closed at 9am
Easy on & off from interstate
Unfortunately, terrible customer service, when I checked in, I could tell I was bothering the woman at the front desk- was the least bit interested in " small talk" and answering any questions- then I realized when seeing her desk in the back-I must have taken her away from the game on her computer! I didn't get the type of room I reserved with you on your website-and they were far from being sold out. Then when checking out, and asking for directions, the gentleman on in the morning, didn't want to have anything to do with me because I was taking him away from him texting on his phone! It's sad-all these employees had to do was offer a tiny bit of customer service.
