Chairs were stained and burnt from cigarettes
The staff was nice and they offer a complimentary shuttle service from the airport.
I ordered a wake-up call and it did not happen. Many of the breakfast items were out of stock and the quality was poor. Overall the hotel is a little dirty. Lighting is very out-of-date.
Noisy guest till 3am & cheap walls to keep sounds out. Dirty looking room.
Good location, very reasonable price.
Staff can be quite loud in the early morning and abrasive to others.
they were genuinely nice people. funny guys.
facilities were meh but for the value what can you honestly ask for!
rooms needing some refreshment...
Cheap. Free rehab style breakfast. WiFi worked.
People across the hall smoked a lot of weed and ended up getting arrested at like midnight and cops were all over the place.
They have good shuttle service, and good amenities for a cheap hotel
The overweight Indian guy at the front desk was rude.
Hotel is convenient. Room was clean, fairly large, nice climate. Free continental breakfast is good enough.
Hotel looks old, inside. Original desk clerk a little surly (but the rest of the staff is nice). No refrigerator in room, no comfortable place to sit except on the bed. Shower water gets on bathroom floor too easily.
I think overall I had a good experience. They have free shuttle to airport so that was great. And there is bus stop next to hotel so easy to travel.
I like the price very much but they need to have a refrigerator in the rooms
That they don't have a microwave and refrigerator in the rooms
Free shuttle service to and from the airport.
Very strong bleach or cleaning product smell. Continental breakfast was bagels, dry cereal, muffins, juice, milk or coffee. I'm used to something a little better than what they had for breakfast options. The second night a mouse ran across the floor. We checked into a different hotel the next day.
convenient to the airport. good shuttle service,
room was a little small
Close to airport with a good rate
Too noisy from other rooms and outside. Need better noise control.
Nearness to airport - the use of shuttle busses - no dislikes - I was pleased with everything
Choice of free beverages was not available. I like water but there wasn't any filtered water available unless I wanted to buy a bottle.
Close to the airport and with train connection at 200 meters to the city center (although it runs every half hour, costs 5$ and it is not regular underground).
The room was not cleaned the night I was there, nor tidy up. Cleanleness could be improved and the facilities are far too old.
Price, location, comfort, cleanliness, staff attitude and willingness to accommodate Marathon Runners' schedule, to have breakfast ready earlier than usual and to allow later than usual checkout so that participants could have breakfast before their run and so they could return and shower after their run.
The morning staff was friendly and kind, the room was comfortable for the most part, and it was a good location
The evening staff barely spoke english, and the shuttle driver decided to take us across the street to the train station rather than to the airport as requested, then asked for a tip.
Very close to airport but not enough to be awakened by planes. Shuttle was prompt. Walking distance to restaurant.
Book 2 rooms a deluxe queen and single queen, got deluxe but not single. The room was a double queen and in poor condition, stains on window cushions leaky bath Etc. the deluxe was in much better condition. Front desk employee made a mistake with our check in resulting in an additional room charge on my debit card. When I went to inquire about the charge, the manager explained the mistake and pointed out to his front desk employee how to fix the problem and where he had made the mistake, the person was rude and didnt want to own his mistake or even apologize for we now had to wait to have the charge reversed (4 days). It was not worth what we saved. Staying elsewhere next time.
We came from Fl. for a doctors appt. which was a dread. The staff (Paul at desk and Jim - van driver) were so pleasant and accomodating. They made our arrangements to and from the hospital and immediately put us at ease. The room was wonderful, the bed was wonderful, the breakfast was wonderful - sounds like we were very pleased.
A restaurant attached would have made it perfect. We ordered from a Chinese restaurant and had to order more than we needed to qualify for delivery
Area, Close to downtown, close to airport and you cannot hear the planes go by.
Dirty! First room had a huge stain on the bed skirt. Went to the front desk and requested another room. 2Nd room was worse. Stains on the sheets, drool stains in the pillow under the pillow cover. My girlfriend and I didn't use the pillows and slept with sweaters to minimize contact on the bed. Didn't leave because we couldn't afford another hotel in the area.
Decent place, great staff, great rooms with minor maintenance issues
Breakfast was below average
the bed was very comfortable. the staff was welcoming. the female front desk clerk was helpful and had a great sense of humor. very close to philadelphia but affordable.
needs more handicap parking near the main entrance. late at night i had to park in the back and walk around the hotel to the main entrance to get in. the hotel needs a good scrubbing, and the light in the elevator needs to be cleaned, but everything was well lit.
