Location Pretty grim rooms. Not updated for years. Tv was cheap junk. Desk clerk was surly.

It served its purpose, it was near a bob Evans. The front desk associate was too busy on Facebook to help me with my situation, he didn't have a lot of answers and was not knowledgeable about billing. There was a crack in the tub and smoke burns on the seating by the windows in a no-smoking room.

I liked the price and the room was clean. The mini breakfast was good to have also. We paid for a room that was suppossed to have a fridge and microwave, this was one of the selling points for us. My sister is dibetic and needed certain things. I like to get what I am told the room would have. I will not stay there again. I visit often but need a room that I ask for.

Location to shopping Very small room, missing smoke detector, missing showerhead, broken shower curtain rod, not clean bathroom. Would not stay here again.

The location Dirty room wasn t clean, no hot water. 1st floor smelled of cigarette smoke Staff offered no explanations or discount. Would not recommend or stay ever again.

Location The person at the desk could not find my reservation. I had checked the night before and there was no issue. He could not find it under my name and when I gave him my email with the reservation number, he still could not find it. He said well there are still rooms available so I got a room. I gave family, in case of emergency, the phone number. When I returned home, my family member said he called and the guy could not find a room under my name, but I did have a room. It was unreal.
