Wifi didn't work
After a very long and trying day, discovered someone else was already in the room I was given. On my return trip, they did not have my reservation; again after a long day. I understand new people need training, however, maybe everybody needs to review the process.
Had rooms during snow that were and comfortable and coffee still in lobby late
Food left in fridge and no coffee maker in room
easy to find, clean room, nothing extraordinary...
all the hotels are clustered near the railroad depot. Train noises all night long...
The price was less than other nicely-equipped hotels in the area. The room was attractive, clean and comfortable. The Wi-fi signal was quite adequate.
Neither our room nor the room of our friend who was traveling with us was cleaned during our two-night stay despite one of us being gone all afternoon and the other out all day. The person at the front desk said he could not do anything about that - he would have to talk to his supervisor. The password for the wi-fi was changed the second day we were there and we had to call to find out the new password. The breakfast was the usual boring dry cereal, hard boiled eggs, and waffles which isn't such a big deal but you'd think hotels would catch on to the fact that people are not pleased with the offerings.
The front staff person was super helpful and suggested a nice restaurant in the area.
So very small! Limited seating; Uncomforable bed for 2 people; no hair dryer available.
Poor breakfast offering. Room was small and had fewer facilities than other similar priced hotels. Staff were not very helpful. Lots of notices telling you what not to do!
The hotel was exceptionally clean! Staff was very friendly.
Breakfast contained only carbs. Would be better if some type of protein (eggs, meat) were offered. Only fresh fruit was very green bananas. Did enjoy the waffles!!!!
We had a very clean comfortable room.
The breakfast was very limited even by hotel standards.
It was close to exits and eating establishments. Ground very well kept and clean
Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was beautiful and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Location was quiet.
the staff was friendly, it was quiet and the rooms were clean. it was updated and we were given a choice on which floor we wanted.
the free breakfast in the morning was kind of lacking for variety. we ended us with mini donuts that i could have easily bought for dirt cheap at the gas station. there wasnt much selection in the vending machines for my kids wanting a snack. the view was kind of ugly but that is not their fault.
The hotel was decent for the price. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and they worked with us. They had to upgrade us to a different room that was going to be more, but he asked us what it was supposed to be and that is the price he gave us.
The breakfast was poor considering the price and the options were limited. The hotel and rooms are very small
Hotel was close to downtown area & restaurants, a newer hotel, clean & comfortable.
Rooms are a little small.
The rooms were to small and the single chair was falling apart.
The Microtel Inn had friendly staff, clean rooms, and a shuttle to and from CFD. Will definitely stay there again!
Reserved room not provided without manager involvement
Front desk and entrance was inviting. Seth (front desk) seemed to know what he was doing. Other members filling in were confused and had to go get him to finish out some basic "should knows".
Price! Location! I realize Cheyenne Frontier Days will be higher, but this room was triple what I would pay while on the road and located near sub-par housing that was noisy and had traffic coming and going. No shuttle service. Had to walk from activities center on dirt road and unlit after concert. I was very afraid of being "mugged" or getting hurt trying to navigate an un-chartered walkway. Trash was overflowing when we got there and was even worse when we left! Flies everywhere! Could hear upstairs occupant "pacing" through the night and early a.m. Very annoying. Stains on orange/sienna coverlet on bed....ick! No screens on windows.
Friendly staff. Good location
I booked 3 nights and I was quoted 99 per night @government discount and at checkout I was charged 259 for the third night and when I questioned it I was told. "Sorry mam but the 18th is cfd. So it is more." I was never told that when I made the reservation. I didn't think that was fair. Otherwise the staff were all friendly.
Very clean< comfortable beds
Buona la struttura, pulito, buona colazione
Centrally located, easy to find. Nice to have breakfast served.
small room. Not much space to move around. Too much mirror, felt like I was being watched after seeing monitor at the registration desk.
Very clean and good breakfast spread.
Staying two nights and having to move rooms.
