Most of the amenities mentioned on booking.com like fridge, microwave, coffee maker were absent. Did not have a hair-dryer in the bathroom, Who does not nowadays?????
The staff at the location were very attentive and personable!
The bed was pretty comfortable. Didn't have the maid come in since my roommate and I were in the room most of the time.
Right when I walked into the lobby, I smiled at the front desk person but she looked at me and rolled her eyes and looked away. No greeting, no nothing. I smiled and whispered "okay" to myself and walked over to her. Waited for her to say something but I got nothing from her. Stood at the desk for 5 minutes as she looked at her phone, went on her computer and answered calls. She'd occasionally glared at me and then turned away. Maybe because I'm asian? Who knows.... finally, she asks "are you here for check in or what?" I replied with a smile, "yes I am". then she tells me to give her some time to finish doing some things first then she'll help me. I obliged and sat down to wait. all she did was touch her phone and talk to the staff members about random things. (not to mention, as I was standing there, she says nothing to me but when another person comes in, she greets them and talks to them) i honestly don't care whether it is a 2 star or 5 star hotel... good customer service should always be enforced if they want people to continue to stay there. I didn't feel welcomed at all...super disappointed in the service that was provided. I would only go back if i need a cheaper place to stay at but other than that, I wouldnt go near the hotel. The room was still filled with dust and the TV wasn't even working properly. the alarm clock was basically a decoration and the bath tub walls felt like they were about to fall through to the other side.
The customer service was great. Very nice people.
The facilities was kept well. The heat and air conditioner frame was falling apart.
Loved the price, and breakfast was included.
The area is not the best. The carpets are filthy.
Location to where I was going.
Shuttle service unavailable. And I was told it was.
Upon arriving for what was to be a three-night stay, my sister and I were greeted by four police officers who were in the lobby taking statements from a few of the guests about what seemed to be a domestic altercation. Strike one. As we waited in the lobby for the seven-member Hispanic family to check in, a very thuggish young fellow, who was definitely under the influence, began to demand service for which I was next in line. Strike two. My sister and I decided to leave for a few minutes to see what else was available but the other hotels' prices were exponentially higher, so we went back to the hotel. I was checked in rather quickly after canceling my other two nights, and we made it to our rooms unscathed. The rooms were very dated and the floors were disgustingly dirty. Thank God my sister and I brought our own blankets and disposable sheets. We didn't even change out of our clothes. We checked out extremely early the next morning and decided to pay a little bit more for a much better quality hotel. To sum it up, if you're looking for a cheap place to lay your head and don't mind the very sketchy people that stay there, this is your place. Otherwise, stay away – rather run full speed in the opposite direction.
I liked the location and appeal of being able to drive in and have access to the Marta by way of the free airport shuttle.
The desk clerk didn't seem to be trained very well. I arrived well before the check-in time, left my bags in my vehicle, and informed the clerk I would be returning very late that evening and would check-in then. I received a phone call at 6pm from someone else at the hotel asking if I still needed my room. The airport shuttle is a shared shuttle between a number of hotels and seems to be missing for about an hour without explanation.
A small bed and breakfast hotel, I stayed here for 1 night and continue next morning. Thats enough for me.
Blow dryer didn't work. A second one was brought to room and that didn't work either. Breakfast room messy and ran out of food.
Good value, quiet & comfortable.
Breakfast was not on a par with other economy hotels.
the heater of my room not working
The parking and pet friendly
The breakfast was not kept up the room was not clean and we cleaned it no microwave no fridge in the room the hallways not clean the carpet very dirty no vent system in the restroom. Will not stay again this was my second time and no change.
Easy access from airport, excellent staff, could be a great place but....
Carpets not cleaned, toilet seat not attached, tv not working, radio volume not working, hallways need cleaning
Wi- fI, the staff and serenity.
The breakfast and transportation links.
For the price we were not expecting much but everything was great. 10 mins or less from airport. Several shuttles running at a time. Staff was very accommodating.
There are about 20 hotels in this area and only 1 restaurant. No that is not a typo. We we're surprised.
The whole hotel .it is bad .
