I think the staff was friendly and professional. Hotel was located nicely.

I found the carpets in the rooms appeared to be dirty and not vacummed up very well. I saw the same cigarette butt on the floor in the hallway for two days. I couldn't understand why there were ashtrays in a non- smoking room.

I think that Microtel needs to invest some money into their hotel. The rooms need updating, they looked a little run down. The doors on the rooms are paper thin. If someone is walking down the hall and talking, it sounds like they are in the room. Club next door had extremely loud music playing that my husband had to go to the desk to complain. Hotel staff agreed that it has been a problem but there was nothing that they could do about it. Overall, could be a nice place. Not sure if I would stay at this Microtel again.

We liked the size of the room. We had a nice view from the window sit. Wifi was easy to use.

We did not like that we had to squeeze past all the maid carts to get to our room when arriving at 3:30 - 4:00 pm and then again when we were checking out at 10:30 am the next morning. We could barely get down the hall with our luggage.

Always greeted with a "good morning" or "good afternoon" from friendly staff.

Just can't beat the value for what I paid for. Go across the street and pay double at the Holiday Inn so location is no problem.

Smoking section is in close proximity to non smoking rooms but was pleasantly surprised that inside the room was good in odour.

Rooms were not clean. Cigarette burns on furniture. Broken furniture entire floor had a mildew smell.

The price and when we got there it felt cozy from the outside and the the lobby.

The room was ok but could have been alot clearer.

Convenient location, near shops and restaurants off the interstate. Friendly and helpful staff.

Carpet dirty in quite a few areas. Carpet looks as though it needs to be replaced.

Disappointed. This was amotel with exterior doors. False advertisement Absolutely no WiFi. Owner was rude when Inquired about WiFi. Will never use booking again. Not a hotel. Did not feel safe with extetior doors. Dirty carpets in Ro Room, dingy towels.

Low cost. Good value for money

I would like feather pillows as an alternative to the foam rubber

The hotel seemed to be doing some daytime or hourly business. The back entrance was not officially operable by the room key. Our keys did not work on it. But, just after tying my key, from my car I watched a couple who seemed to be quite familiar with the place enter with a room key . I asked the attractive, competent and friendly young woman who was attending the night desk about it and she gave an evasive answer. The policy that the keys do not work on the back entrances is posted clearly at the front desk, but it obviously works for some keys. My wife was kind of spooked and complained about a must odor in the room.

The staff of Microtel Inn Greensboro were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The rooms were kind of small, but price wise I understand why.

It was close to the interstate and it was convenient.

Inexpensive

Beds and pillows. Very uncomfortable

When our reservations were completely messed up they did a good job of rearranging rooms for us.

We had confirmed reservations for (9) rooms double beds, for 36 people, when checking in we were told we only had 3 rooms that were doubles and the rest were singles. The staff did find us enough rooms to sleep 36 people, but 8 of them had to sleep in the window bench.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The shower drain didn't work. I was standing in 4 inches of water at the end of my shower.

Lack of towels. Poor curtains. lack of constant setting for fan.

Good location to access other places in Greensboro. Low price, but you get what you pay for.

Room had a strong smell of some sort of deodorizer spray which seemed to cover up cigarette smoke. Could smell other rooms when they were smoking from our room. There were ants in the room.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Its great for the value and has excellent location for shopping.

We of course they did'nt have a pool, but my last two visits I would'nt have had time for a pool anyways.
