I lived the staff Tabatha and James oh and Ms.Amanda were awesome and Ms.Sandy was very nice.Housekeeping Mecca was aamazing i loved that she always asked if i needed anything or if my room needed cleaning.this place is awesome some renovations wouldnt hurt
Wifi sucked if your not by the front desk you wont get a signal
The hotel is located near restaurant
The staff was very rude. The rooms were dirty and the sheets on the bed had cigarette burns. The hotel smells like "weed" at night. If you have to leave the room at night make sure you have someone with you. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Stay away.
The ambiance. Didn't feel safe. The comforters had burns on them. The rug was so dirty. Mold in shower. Unauthorized people there.
The amount of the hotel was about all I liked
my family and I rented 3 rooms each comforter had cigarette holes in them. We specifically asked for non smoking but all you smelled was smoke. It was so bad my grand daughter had to use her asthma pump. Not even sure if this person was an employee but as soon as we complained a plain closed guy came upstairs spraying down the hallway with commercial grade febreze. The amount of noise was ridiculous sometimes until 5 in the morning. The amount of young people without adult supervision was crazy. At several times the hotel looked and felt more like a motel or a brothel. I would not recommend nor will I go back to this hotel. There were so many problems too much to say.
The room was comfortable. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and helpful. Good rate, but not worth negative effects on my health and safety!
When opening our room door, there was a very strong smell of marihuana during several days of our 4 day visit!! Staff wanted to keep a copy of my license and credit card because the police check their records every week! Why? Will not stay here again!
STAFF WAS GREAT !
Very clean, neat room. Had a window seat which was very nice.
We walked down two long hallways to get to our room.
easy reservations, good location, nice staff
Room was a shock about how small and outdated. Bed was hard as the floor. Room was a real disapointment, I have not stayed in a room this outdated since the 1970's
Limited continental Breakfast
The room was clean, the breakfast was fine, the location was excellent, the staff was friendly.
The room was not cleaned on our second day and we discovered stains on the comforter. The girl at the desk was very sweet, offered to change our room but we told her we just needed a new comforter. She found us a new one and brought it to our room. The decor is rather dated and could really use a freshening up.
The room turned out to be about 13.00 cheaper than what I originally thought it would be.
Room smelled of smoke but staff was friendly and offered us another room. We kept it and used febreeze and it was fine.
Over all very good
In the city so not as quite as I wanted.
The lady at the front desk named Amanda was not inviting. She was rude at times and often seemed like she didn't want to help us. For breakfast she had a limited quantity of what she would put out, she kept coming back and forth as if she were checking up on how much the people were eating.
Continental breakfast now includes waffle maker. Requested late Check Out and it was no problem at all.
Room was missing "No Room Service" sign.
The staff was extremely helpful and professional. The breakfast had an awesome variety of things. I really enjoyed the waffles that we got to make fresh.
The beds were too stiff. Having a pool and hot tub would have been really nice.
WE WERE IN TOWN VISITING OUR DAUGHTER AND SON IN LAW WHO HAD JUST HAD A BABY. WE SPENT OUR DAYS WITH THEM AND NEEDED A PLACE THAT WAS CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, AND QUIET TO SLEEP AT NIGHT. IT WAS A GREAT VALUE.IT WAS SMALL BUT WE WEREN'T THERE TO HANG OUT. WE WERE THERE TO SLEEP.
The bed was comfortable. It was very clean. Good value.
Room was small. TV was up high on a cabinet.
Everything was fine.
A good price for an overnight stay
No "extras" like shampoo or lotion.
The room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. When I asked to be switched, I was told my reservation could not be modified since I made it at Booking.com. There was no price difference in the rooms. I could not be accommodated just because I used a third party booking site and I have been a Wyndham Rewards member for years. I was not impressed. Breakfast was equally unimpressive. It consisted of yogurt, over ripe fruit, two types of cereal, girts, and a few bagels. There was not enough food for everyone and the staff could not have cared less about restocking.
The room was worn looking but clean and comfortable, and the heat worked great.
My neighbors checked in late (1 am) and I could hear everything they said in the next room and in the hall. On night 2 of my stay, the hallway on the opposite side of the elevator reeked of burning marijuana. I had relatives with children that were staying on that side.
