Score from 10 reviews Very good
The room was worn looking but clean and comfortable, and the heat worked great.
My neighbors checked in late (1 am) and I could hear everything they said in the next room and in the hall. On night 2 of my stay, the hallway on the opposite side of the elevator reeked of burning marijuana. I had relatives with children that were staying on that side.
Clean rooms and hospitable staff. The breakfast was really good too!
The old tv in the room that didn't work.
The location of the hotel was wonderful. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The outside was clean and well maintained.
The hotel room had an odor to it, and it was worse in the room. The lock was broken on the door and the duvet on the bed was torn. It was covered up by the blanket that was on the bed. Luckily I only stayed one night.
Beds were very comfy - room was spacious
Lobby was super tiny and smelled like smoke - elevator was stinky - Needed some fabreeze!! Nobody made up our beds the second day - Also requested a crib - website said they had one - when I got there they said they NEVER had one.
The location was convenient to my conference. Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient to highway and restaurants. Bathroom was large and clean.
Room was tiny. Lighting options were tough. Only had overheads over the bed or a small light at the desk. Tv was small.
Room was dirty. Sheets on the bed had stains. Had to change rooms 3 times. Other relatives also had to change rooms for the same reason including the bride !!
The front desk staff person at night resolved our issues and was very nice about it.
Everything else. The beds in the first two rooms we were given were both dirty- the first had literal dirt on the sheets while the second had urine stains. I have the pictures to prove it. The woman at the front desk was not very helpful nor was she apologetic or nice about the fact that this hotel was disgusting. When the rest of my family arrived, they too had dirty beds. Every single one of them. The night front desk person was wonderful but said he could do nothing for my aunt who had the only remaining double; he also said he couldn't change the sheets himself so we ended up having to change bedsheets in a hotel around midnight after a wedding. This is ridiculous. Stay at any of the three other hotels across the street- the Hilton Garden Inn, the Fairfield Inn and Suites, or the Holiday Inn Express. Even the Extended Stay would be an improvement over this hotel.
Well kept, clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff, good choice of breakfast food.
The staff was great, good price for room.
Room was noisy, could hear both room next door.
We got there extremely late and it took 30 min to ck in. I clearly stated I needed a smoke free room!! However you step off elevator on our floor and are smacked in face with smoke smell. Room sayes it's smoke free however you and all of your belongings smell like smoke upon departure! Very misleading!!!
bed comfortable, room was clean, location was great, I would stay again
curtain difficult to hold together, while on first floor it flapped open, had to work with it some to get it to shut. Room was adequate in size, not roomy
The room was clean. Enough space for our family. Close to restaurants and shopping.
Ran out of towels. (Very busy weekend)
location, breakfast, poor Tracy had to work multiple jobs apparently because of a shortage of staff--
had an online late check out (2pm). desk clerk called at 11:30 and said that I would have to vacate by 12 noon...?????(rude desk clerk...)
I appreciated the free continental breakfast.I liked the location of the hotel. It was close to stores and restaurants.Great WiFi.Helpful staff
I didnt appreciate the hard mattresses on the bed.I didnt sleep very well.Woke up with a sore back.Thats really the only issue we had...
Wanted a late check out...very rude
Location, friendly staff, even at 2am when I arrived. the rooms were clean and so was the bathroom.
TV outdated but that was ok because it was not even turned on.
My trip was great overall.
The tub wouldnt drain properly, I asked the front desk staff to have someone come look at it. I was told that there was no one to do so, and they offered to move us to another room but that would have been a big inconvenience since we had so much stuff. Also, the hallways smelled of marijuana all weekend. The front desk staff didnt seem to care.
The location was near a good shopping center and restaurants. It is in a very convenient area.
They put us in a handicapped accessible room. No one was handicap.
Quiet. Beds were comfortable. Good location with restaurants nearby.
Deadbolt did not work on our room door. Reported it to front desk the next morning. When we returned to the hotel for our second night, it was not fixed. Signs say no smoking indoors, but has a constant smoke smell from the moment you enter front door and continues down all halls--even outside of "non-smoking rooms." There seems to be a shortage of towels.
thought there was a refrig and micro-wave, spa
Price and location
The comforter on the bed had burn holes, visable yellow stains on the bedding and some kind of white substance on the carpet on the right hand side of the bed. Had to request an iron for the room. The breakfast was a downer....no protein to speak of only carbs and only apples as fruit!!!!
Everything. The service was friendly, and check in was quick.
One bed was missing a top sheet under the duvet
