The hotel is close to shopping. The staff is always nice.

The hotel is looking a bit tired. We were very disappointed to see that they have removed the fridges in the room. We had planned on getting a few nibblies for the room but no fridge. I think perhaps they had microwaves as well. We had a couple of towels that looked like they had not been cleaned properly

Staff, cleanliness and modern rooms, Micro-fridge, close to stores and restaurants.

We were there for a famiy funeral. I made my reservatrions through Booking.com. I called the hotel directly to change them. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy in all areas. Breakfast was great for our needs. I need to do water excercises for anb ankle injury and the heated pool was perfect andright out my door. I have nothing to complain about. Everything met our needs perfectly. I have never stayed in a Microtel before ,but will plan on it more after this experience. Keep up the good work !!!!!!! They accommodated our request for adjoining rooms and provided the crib. Beds were comfortable.

Rooms were not very clean. There were used coffee cups and other garbage under the beds. Carpets very dirty. The baby's sleeper knees and feet were black from crawling on carpet. Some of the lighting did not work. Neighbouring room started partying around 3 in the morning. Front desk did not answer phone. Very noisy. Breakfast room was very small, no high chair for baby, food was in separate room across the hall. Orange juice had run out and the new container was frozen.Grape juice was turned off because children were playing with it. Had to ask staff to refill coffee and breakfast items and utensils. There was no yogurt, bread for toast, or fruit. Bagels, muffins and cereals were provided as well as the condiments and grits and gravy. We were very disappointed.

it was very dull looking. the hallway carpet was very dirty. To many people was handing in the lobby when we arrived. This Microtel was very diffenent than the one I stayed in Georgia.

It was a one man show Marchel not sure how to spell his name he had to do it pick up the pieces after the cleaning people didn't clean move us to a new room. Get towels for the pool which didn't last so everyone was walking around all wet. Doors didn't stay locked. I booked 3 rooms over 2 months ago and we had a room on each floor don't know how that works!!!! Complained did get 2 of the rooms on the same floor. there were dirty towels in my daughters room makes you wonder if they even cleaned the bedding

I have been here several times before but this will be my last. The rooms were terrible and guest service came in my room unannounced and said the room was marked unoccupied. This was the worse experience ive seen.

It reminded me of the brewster projects, It was too many people standing in the halls, it smelled, there were animals.

Pool microwave , and refrigerator in room, and breakfast , computer.

1St Room air cond. Did not cool at all 2nd Room after about 3 hrs. When the air cond. Shut on and off it made a lound clunkig sound which keep us up most the night. When we told manger about the acted like no big deal. Left next morning.

The room at the Microtel was wonderful. We enjoyed it very much. The staff were great and couldn't help you enough. Breakfast was good.

Security could have been patroling the halls as there were children running the halls til 2 in the morning. Also there was a lot of chlorine in the pool. To bad there wasn't anything other than a pool to do at the hotel.

Everything was great for what we paid for the room.

The beds were pretty comfortable.

I didnt like how the shower didnt work in my room and How their was dried up throw up on the side on the bed. That was disgusting and poor room service. I deserve to have a clean room especially if I paid good money for it.

the carpet was wet, the remote didnt work, the sink didnt drain well. not enough soap or shampoo. asked for non smoking, and the hall and in our room, you could smell smoke

People who come in and use the pool and did't stay there. The pool was very dirty so we didn't use it. We didn't care for hookers soliciting in the hallway or the intense marijuana smell at night down the hall. Our air conditioner didn't work very well.

Wanted to pay cash at checkout but was told I could not do that, and they had already put the bill on my card. Nothing like jumping the gun!

Time for an update. Floor covering was in need of replacing. Made interior seem dirty. Not much of a "hot" breakfast

I loved the pool. It was the main reason we chose to stay there for the cheap price. Although it was a little cold, it took a while to get used to. Everything was great, bed was super comfortable and clean.

The pool was too cold! The heat needs to be up about 5 or 10 more degrees. And I left my cell phone charger by accident and they still have not called me back to say they have it. I even went up there, still not found 4 days later.

Hotel room was very clean. You get the same standard hotel room you would get anywhere else except for a great price. I would stay there again for sure. The day-time front desk girl was very friendly, helpful and went out of her way to print off shopping directions.

Only flaw was the screen in our window had big holes in it so we could not open the window very much.
