Microtel Inn Suite by Wyndham BWI Airport  

Shuttle service to airport was timely. Room was large. Check-in was quick. Quick hot water.

Old furniture, bare walls. Kitchenette, which I didn't use, took up space in center of room. Hallways smelled of smoke. Lighting was inadequate.

The location is close to the airport. They were fine with cancelling the rest of our reservations.

The corridors reaked of urine and cigarette smoke. The room looked clean but as the night progressed, the smell of cigarette smoke became more pervasive. I had to cancel the rest of my reservations. There is no way I will stay another night in that place.

Just the location.

It's dirty. The staff very rude esp one called Barach. You had full bandage bins over flowing with trash in front of main entrance... etc. I won't recommend this to any one.

Spacious room with mcriowave, flat screen tv , refrig and living room w/ vouch.

Great front desk service regarding room information and locat area resources. Manager Chirag Patel on site is hands on for questions for any problems or solutions that may occure. Love the shuttle bus service great drivers and great front desk personel. I enjoyed my stay there will come again.

The gentlemen working the front desk were very kind and helpful.

we saw a bug, crawling up the wall, during daylight. The bagles, english muffins and mini-muffins, on the breakfast bar, were stale. There was black mildew in the bathroom.

This place smelled of Curry and Onions. It was very unclean. The couch was so dirty and disgusting that I would not even set my bags on it. I had to wear socks or shoes the entire time the carpet was so dirty. The tub was not clean and had hair from a previous visit all it in it and was not any cleaner the next day. The place claimed to have a kitchenette. So I paid extra per night for a kitchenette which it did not have. no stove no dishwasher. Just microwave and tiny fridge. Would not ever stay here again or most likely any Microtel Inn and Suite

The price of the room, parking the car while on vacation and shuttle service to and from the airport.

Continental breakfast was good.

The bed linens were old and worn out. It took away from the "freshness" a clean hitel room is expected to have.

Staff had very poor customer service skills. (More arrogant than rude) Someone here is refurbishing the bathrooms using 12" x 12" self adhesive floor tiles.These are being applied to bathroom floors and shower stalls. Absolutely, third world thinking and execution. They offer shuttle service to the airport. No one offers info on how to get picked up when your return flight comes in. Upon requesting this info, I was handed a card and instructed to "call this number". When I did call the number for a pick up. The phone was ignored for 3 full ringing cycles. Phone was finally picked up on the 4th ringing cycle. I was then advised that pick ups were only made at Doors 1 & 15. This leaves you walking between terminals to either of the extreme ends of the airport. Totally, unacceptable. Cab ride back to my car cost $12. This is the same Daily Rate you would pay in the Parking Tower.

The location and proximity to the highways.

The beds were not made, looked like the same sheets were used for the previous guests, the toilet had rings in it, there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. It was not worth the 100.00.

Prime location very proximate to bwi Airport. The Continental Breakfast was adequate and the free Airport Shuttle Service was very helpful!

Only one (1) elevator which was used by staff and guests alike. Also, the motel was "sold out" and close by parking was difficult!

I liked the location of where it was located.

The staff of the hotel was very rude. Plus when we arrived there were bugs in the room, plus a little smell that we couldn't figure out.

Even though it was a non-smoking room my belongings smelled like smoke when I got home. I had to wash everything.

It was a dump - smelled, dirty looking and the internet photos are totally deceiving. It made me question you having it as an affiliate.

Location and price but rooms could use some improvement.

I've reserved room thru booking.com, but hotel didn't have room for me available; front desk person has said to me that they're sold out and don't have my reservation...

I could hear voices next door often. No lamps in the room to work at the table

Guy at the front desk couldn't coordinate to have the shuttle pick me up. Took 45 mins when the hotel is five minutes away. I asked for a nonsmoking room but everything in the room smelled of smoke. It was 2 AM so I just went to sleep. Any other time, I would have moved to another room.
