We booked two nights on the internet. They only put us for one night and when we came back we could not get in our room with our stuff still in there. They want to say that we extended our stay which we did not and then they wanted me to sign another charge.

Shower breakfast,-_ when toilet plugged up I was told to come to the counter to get a plunger (which was a piece of junk)- location was a bear to find even after having been there a few times, breakfast facalities were extremely inadequate

It had the amenities of a more expensive facility, only in "micro" size. Nothing wrong with that for two people looking for a place to sleep for the night. If all Microtel Inns are like this one, I will start seeking them out for subsequent road trips! Location would have been excellent but for the lack of direct access. Access is through another parking lot. We had difficulty finding it with gps. We only interacted with the front desk person. We would have rated staff excellent but for the tongue stud.

Clean Reasonably priced Rates higher for non-smoking than for smoking rooms -- it is like being penalized for not smoking! Not much "hot" on the hot breakfast.

Staff was very pleasant. Very pleasant sleeping, we did not hear any expressway traffic. Very hard to find the the sign for the Inn. It was hidden behind a gas station and it was low to the ground , unable to see it...had to call the hotel

Excellent location from I95 and perfect stop between NC & florida. Love the pet friendly rooms on 1st floor and the close proximity to restaurants. I will definitly stay again and have referred it to all my Florida Friends!

The room, beds and facilities were more than I expected. The beds and linens were top quality. We belong to the largest Military Veterns Motorcycle Club in the world so we travel alot and have slept in many different beds. On average I travel between 500 and 600 miles a day on most trips and when you find a hotel with the level of comfort as the Microtel Inn and Suites a good nights sleep makes the trip worth every penny. The hotel should upgrade their towels to equal their luxurious linens. I was very dissapointed when I grabbed my towel and I was small and felt like I was drying off with a piece of carpet. Also, the soaps and shampoo were of a poor quality as well.
