Score from 28 reviews Good
Room was pretty. Good location
Trash and junk around the outside of building and in the parking lot.SMOKING smell in the hallway was HORRIBLE.I am not sure it wasn't drugs. I woke up with a headache. Our window had no lock on it....except the board that braced it shut...This place needs to upgrade its standards!!
The overall comfort of the place..
Room smelled a little moldy Mainly because of the carpet
The friendliness and so reasonable, I will stay there anytime I am in Lincoln.
Everything was great
The staff is always nice, it's always clean, the beds are comfortable and it's a good price
The pool and hot tub was great just wish was open longer
Had to have password for free Wi-Fi
The staff was efficient and pleasant. The room was a good size. My kids LOVED the window seat and had room to play. They had regular cable, so we had appropriate viewing for the kids, including Disney channel and Nick. My in-laws were just down the hall and their suite was very spacious.
I would have liked some kind of protein option with breakfast.
it was clean and well maintained. Good exercise room, good furnishings in bedroom.
no protein of any kind at breakfast. Meat of some kind should be available.
The shower was the only good thing
The poor breakfast there was only coffee, it smelt bad, the pool had bugs in it.
The staff is very friendly. The hotel is also located in a quiet location.
The smell of cigarett smoke was so strong I couldn't breath. When I asked the staff to move rooms they told me I needed to ask before 11am so my child and I had to stay in the smelly room another night. The staff did bring an air purifying unit in for a while and sprayed which did help. If you have allergies, breathing problems or just don't like to sleep in a room that smells of smoke. Make sure your room is non smoking and do t hang out in the hallways which also smell of cigarett smoke
It was decently clean. Definitely a 1-2 star hotel. I needed to stop to sleep. Sufficient for that purpose compared to the price.
Spider webs in room, breakfast, room was extreamly moist even with air conditioner, and bathroom was gross
The room looked clean nice and the bed was comfy. The pool area was small extremely run down dangerous flooring and dirty. The staff was impatient and not curtious I would not pay 90 dollars for this again!
Plenty of parking and easy access to room ,off main street and quite.
Fans in bathrooms very loud and could here other rooms fans.
nice room all the comforts
bed spread and skeets where stained some mold in bath. guy at desk didnt know how to program key for 2 days also gave us key to occupied room
I didn't lile anything about this hotel. It used to be nice but now its disgusting.
I didn't like how dusty the entire place was. The shower was horrible because the fixtures were about to come out of the wall. The staff/owner are horrible. Booking.com gave me a great price and when I tried to corrected them the wit of the owner gave me a disgusting attitude and had to call her husband and spoke to him in a different language. They did not adjust the price. I was extremely upset and just wanted to get out of there. I would never recommend this hotel to a homeless person off the street.
Very accomodating for those of us who travel with pets
nice little pool area
noise in room above
We stay in a lot of microtel hotels when traveling, so I know what to expect from the rooms. Bathroom and sheets were clean and that's what matters the most. Price was very reasonable.
When I checked in, the front desk and especially the computers were completely dust covered. This kind of grossed us out, b/c if they can't clean the front desk area, then how clean is everything else. We're used to staying in Kearney, where everything is very clean. Our heater would not regulate temperature, so we had to keep switching it to ac in order to cool the room back down. Someone was smoking in one of the rooms close to us. (I'm sure a lot of hotels have this issue). CLEAN YOUR FRONT DESK AREA! First impressions mean a lot.
