The wallpaper was peeling. The toilet was not clean. The whole hotel smelled. The couch was stained. There were hairs all over the bathroom, including on the towels. This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I could go on and on.

Good for short stay

breakfast was a plus. The hotel shuttle was also a big plus.

The room was clean but the carpet in the room was not vacuumed very well. Overall, this really was not a factor to me. The room was a great value.

Desk clerks were inept, stupid, and rude. A very bad combination. These people claim to have never heard of Booking.com. Bathtub was dirty! Roll of toilet paper had been wet and soiled!

Location to restaurants, shopping, and airport. With Microtel, you always know what to expect.

The price.

I asked for a non-smoking room, but it was very evident, as soon as I walked into the room, that someone had smoked in it. I immediately complained to the front desk and was told that it wasn't possible. As a life long no smoker I smell cigarette smoke right away.

Location. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

The hotel room was dirty. The microwave, refrig, and television has streaks of filth. The carpet needs cleaning. The hallways and elevator were not very clean either. Not at all what one would expect of a Wyndham affiliated hotel. Need a better answering service; called hotel directly for two hours with no answer and looped answering machine that went nowhere. Had to end up calling the 800 number just to make a request for late check in.

It was convenient location for the price we had to pay.

This hotel a few years ago was spotless clean, but this time it looked very neglected.

Rooms very small and even though arrangements were made for a late check out we still had people knocking at our door or calling.

The hotel lost my reservation and the clerk was rude and not helpful at all until I called Booking.com. They called him and suddenly my reservation was found. He ran the card number on res. But it was declined for nfs. I did not have card with me to prove otherwise and had to pay out of pocket, so a 230.00 stay turned into a 460.00 stay and this hotel was absolutly not worth that. My husband and take short trips often and I can promise you I will never book another stay at a wyndham owned hotel again.

Mainly, the price. The "Green" concept. Comfortable room. Location.

Upon arrival there was a bloody tissue in the bathroom, which raised doubts about the cleanliness of the entire room. Contents needs updating. Window was wide open upon arrival. Again, how well was this room cleaned?

I booked on Bookings.com & the price that was listed wasn't the price that the stay ended up being. When I booked, I listed that it was a stay & fly trip & when I checked in the hotel told me that it wasn't booked that way & I ended up having to pay an extra $30 on top of the price that quoted & booked.

The location was about 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh so it was a convenient interstate drive into the city. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. It is close to the airport.

1. Our non-smoking room smelled like someone had smoked in it. The manager apologized but didn't have any other rooms to move us to. 2. The hotel looks worn and not well kept. The carpets in the halls look like they had not been vacuumed in days. 2. The clock in the room didn't work. 4. There were cigarette burns on the cushions of the seats. 5. The towels were old, worn, thin and frayed. 6. The walls and floors are very thin so there was considerable noise from our neighbors beside and above us. 7. The mini-fridge in the room was caked with ice so there was no way to store anything in the freezer compartment. Any one of these things alone would have been no big deal but combined, they make our stay less than satisfactory.

We chose this location as a stopping point on our leisure trip to Niagara Falls, ON. Canadia. The rooms were very clean and located about 12 mins from downtown Pittsburg, PA. There were plenty of things to do in the general area and more shops than you could visit in a couple of days. The staff were polite and a GREAT breakfast of make your own fresh home made waffles, fruit, cereal & juice. Excellent value.

Completely satisfied and would stay here again.

The location was great,lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The staff was rude. There was some weird odors in the hallways. No fridge in room and room was very small.The lighting in the rooms was horrible,either very bright or very dim.The complimentary breakfast was nothing more than a few sweet rolls and a waffle maker that didn't work very well,the orange juice tasted like it was watered down.
