Microtel Inn by Wyndham Charlotte Airport  

There were bugs on the pillows and stains/burns on the sheets. The windows wouldn't lock. The neighborhood wasn't a good neighborhood; my friend's gps got stolen. There weren't enough towels for the 4 of us. There wasn't any shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

Money for one night has been withdrawn twice!!!

All surfaces with cigarette burns( I am a smoker and have stayed in many other smoker rooms but never one so bad) bedsheets with cigarette burn holes as well as pillowcases and window seat cushion cover. First room I was given had a bad AC, front desk clerks were not even concerned at all about this. Overall very poor.

Proximity to airport and town. Felt safe. Great housekeeping service- very friendly.

Was upset when I told the clerk that I didn't use safe, but was told she didn't know if I did or didn'T. Was charged additional safe fee for somerhing I didn't use. If going to charge for it regardless then include it in the base price. I've never had this happen before. Probably won't use again for that reason. The only thing of value I had with me were my golf clubs, and they wouldn't fit!

Pillows were uncomfortable and room needed some reapirs but still a good value

Charlotte is a great place to visit but this hotel was the very worst @ customer service and peacefulness.

It was absolutely one horrible experience. We could not sleep all night long. Even @ 5 & 6am people were running and jumping thu the halls. The halls smelled like marjuania strongly. The elevator was broken. We have to great the staff when we came in & again @ check out. I explained my unhappiness & the man @ the front desk didn't acknowledge it or say anything. No apology or anything. Later the shuttle driver heard me explaining so he followed me out & apologized to me.

the floors were dirty, the carpet was repted, the the curtains had holes .i do not recomended the stairs ways was filthy

Location was great. Being able to leave car parked while flying was an added plus. Clean and very affordable. Was very impressed with the shuttle drivers and the young girl at the front desk at check in and check out.

The breakfast wasn't very good and will probably go a block away to the Waffle House next time.

There was a vacancy. Codee at the front desk was attractive, amiable and proficient.

The courier van was late enough (learned next day that it takes 1 trip/hr) that we made decision to take a taxi. The elevator didn't work, the room was a smoking room, it wasn't clean, very small TV, no movies available. Breakfast was not maintained or available by the time I arrived there.

2 Queen sized beds-made it easy to sleep with 3 of us in the room. Decor was great! Having a decent breakfast included.

Only 2 sets of towels. Elevator was not working so glad we were on first floor.

- The first room that was assigned to me was totally messed up!; They gently changed it to another room once I mentioned that .. I believe they got some issues with room service! - Limitation of space/chairs for breakfast area

Staff was really nice, clean room and the price was really good.

Wasnt near any fast food restraunts that was in walking distance , wasnt a lot of food left in the breakfast at 9 am, and didnt have a lot of parking space, but would deff stay again!!!

Bed was not all that comfortable Lighting over bed could not be controlled by both sides - only one side - no individual reading lights Shuttle to airport only ran every hour on the hour - not too flexible

I did not enjoy my stay there was a banging all night and the room had a musky smell. There was a refrigerator and it was full of water. I would not stay there again was not satisfied at all.

Bed was clean but bathroom was not. Reception desk and lobby were not clean either.

No shampo or conditioner are provider in room or hotel , very dirty bathrooms , they don't put new paper towel rolls they just fold the last paper even if it's half used. I have photos to prove , it says breakfast included but the lady on the reception said no breakfast with an attitude not to mentioned that we found a Cockroach inside closet . Please don't book at this hotel we had really bad experience .

Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. Our stay was to rest between plane journeys going from UK to East Coast to West Coast and our stay was limited..Room was comfortable and priced well.. Breakfast had a goood variety to offer and there were vending machines available. The free shuttle to the airport was very friendly and helpful..

There was a terrible smell in the hallway. The breakfast area was quite unkept. When we came into our room, it looked like the pillows were used-- wrinkled and possibly sweat stains on one of the pillow cases. We planned on staying 2 nights, but ended up only spending 1.
