Noise. Walls seemed non existent. Dirty. Ceiling falling in.
Close to airport
Bed was uncomfortable, linens were scratchy, pillows were lumpy, no extra blanket, mini split was loud and cycled on and off all night.
Hotel smelled strongly of smoke

When checking in the lady at the front desk was very rude. Upon entering the room I realized I had made a horrible mistake. The room smelled it and was dated. You could hear everything going on in the hallway and in surrounding rooms which made for a sleepless night. It is in a VERY bad part of town so I also heard sirens all night. Not to mention several bites I received and I didn't even sleep underneath the linens provided. It may seem affordable but do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for a good nighto sleep and peace of mind. I was in town to go on 3 interviews and all I could focus on is how exhausted I was from my lack of sleep the night before. Don't ever stay here!
Nothing I checked out 3 hrs of checking inn bad area hotel disgusting booking.Com needs to change the star ratings because this not a 3 star it's not even a 1 star I'm staying with hot wire waste of my time and my money!!!
The smell of cigarettes in my non smoking room through out the night. As well as a domestic argument next door! !
Older facilities that definitely is not the same as in picture. Needs updating with new furniture and linens. Sheets, drapes and comforter were old and dingy.

The lady that checked me in was really pleasant but did not act on issues.
The covering was off the air conditioning unit and laying in the bed. There was no remote control for the tv. One of the towels was not clean
The desk clerk, Carol, who was working Saturday evening on 12/14/14, was very nice and apologetic about the condition of the room when we checked in and made a point to send up 2 packs of sheets once my 76 year old mother refused to sleep under the covers. You definitely need to hire more like her.
1. On 12/14/14 @ 2:30 pm, the desk clerk (LaShaun Gunther) was extremely rude and very uncaring. My 76 yr old mom asked a question, LaShaun said, "yeah". She had nothing to identify her as an employee. 2. Our room Rm #209 was dirty. There appeared to be "spit-up" on the carpet & window seat pillow, tables were sticky, multiple black hairs found on both beds, huge stain on the carpet & mildew in the refrigerator.

Had no coffee maker in room (was advertised it did) No iron though I asked every day I was there. Room needed a complete deep cleaning.
The location was not far from the airport.
No automatic front doors, the lobby looked dirty, when I got to the second floor the whole floor smelled like old and dirty carpet, the room smelled the same.
The communication skills of the front desk manager could be improved upon.
We were there for college visit. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good.
The service was lacking, you always felt you were a number. Not enough towels in the room, no shampoo, clothes hook in bathroom was falling off, iron burn stains on carpet. Guest of hotel hanging around in hallway instead of their room. Just a lot of small things that added up to staying somewhere else next time were in Charlotte.
It was clean. Breakfast was nice. VERY close to the airport.
Facilities were run down. Not what I expected for a Wyndham. Room was VERY small...tripped over my suitcase many times.
Driver was there in minutes even at 2:30am with delayed flight.
Location is close to airport and shuttle bus is available 24hours.There is one catering service until 2am.
There is not restaurant after 10pm. Wafle house is open 24hours only.

Breakfast was poor - not a lot of choice, no butter for toast, waffle batter was runny as milk. Room was a little shabby - bathroom door was battered; there was a hole in the bedroom plaster.
