Although an older hotel, it has a great location, convenient parking, big rooms and is very clean. A return visit for me and I'll be back again.
WiFi is available but a bit slow. I wish there was a way to come and go from the parking lot without having to have ticket validated each time.
The size of the room we were in. Room 118 is the room to be in.
Paying for parking in the hotel garage if we were not there for a concert.
The location was perfect. Only a few minute walk from the nearest shopping center, restaurants, and supermarket. The staff was super helpful and the rooms were warm and cozy.
If you're just looking for a bed for a night or two this hotel will be fine. Room was clean, bed was clean and comfortable and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was convenient; near BSO, NEU, restaurants and many other necessary businesses. Nightly rate was reasonable. Parking was convenient at the hotel for an additional fee of $25 per day.
On the negative side...the room was old & run down and I was provided with a WIFI password but was unable to actually get WIFI on my devices. I didn't have the time to get this resolved so didn't approach anyone about it, but it sure would have nice to have. In 2015 I would expect WIFI & expect not to run someone down to make it work. Perhaps this could have been easily resolved but I don't know. I have no other complaints.
Central location. Free Wi-Fi. Reasonable price.
Dated hotel. Staff not very interested. Flooding toilet.
The location close to everything!
No morning coffee or restaurant
Giant bed, very comfortable, good shower, all seemed clean
Dudes at the desk kept giving me dirty looks when i was walking back in with a girl, come on dude play it cool
We love the location of Midtown near the Northeastern University campus and places to eat and shop. The room we were in appeared to have been updated recently and was very nice and large. Also has easy parking at a reasonable price.
Areas of this hotel are still a little "tired" but they seem to be working at improving the rooms and facilities.
Clean room, nice staff
Location was great . Right in the Downtown area in close proximity to lots of things. Very close to Prudential mall with lots of great shops and restaurant and food court where I had breakfast for 2 mornings. Overall a very good value.
Shower was kind of iffy. There was warm Water but the tub filled up with water when I took a shower. Wifi reception was only fair.
Very close to downtown.
25$ parking fee per night. Their price advantage for room/night disappears with such a parking fee.
The price for the hotel was great the location was convienent and the staff was very professional and friendly.
Massive room, excellent shower, staff very helpful. Location means everything in Boston is within walking distance.
The excellent staff. The large, well lit, liveable room. The location: within walking distance, literally only blocks, to EVERYTHING related to the job while in Boston and to any leisure time activity afterward each day.
Although it must have been great when it was first built, the current building is quite run down and the walls are a bit thin. Bring ear plugs or white noise machine for a good night sleep.
very clean wi-fi was for free( on the site says paid wi-fi) close to the centre
you got to pay extra for leaving your car after 12pm!(parking fee for the hotel guest doesn't count 24h)
Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Within easy walking distance of transportation and entertainment.
No elevator. Had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to room. No restaurant.
Staff were very obliging and bedrooms were a good size!
Hotel decor needs an uplift!
Location and staff were nice. Close to restaurants and the Prudential Building.
$25 parking fee on top of your room fee. That was a suprise. First walk into room, there was a mildew type smell. On the edges of the ceiling in the bathroom, including the shower, there looked like mold.
The location was great and the price was reasonable. The hotel was a little dated but very clean.it was perfect for a two day getaway.
There was no air conditioning so we had to keep the window open because it was a bit warm. Also there was no full length mirror in the room but it was okay because we dressed very casual.
Great staff and great location
No bar and very little space for sitting around apart for in room
old facility small bathrooms' no bar or restaurant
Excellent location. Value for money
Hot water supply, you had to run a bath to get any hot water at 5-30am, after complaint the next morning it picked up.
Close to the downtown, clean and well equiped room
Two separate bed, veding machine was out of order
I like the fact that the tv had a Christian channel. The location of the hotel. The staff helped out when I needed help.
The fact that I had to go to the mall for breakfast
