Amazingly quiet! Efficient staff and clean room. We arrived early and there was no problem with registration. Appreciated the Red Sox Nation complimentary parking! Looking forward to a return visit.
Signage for ice machine could be improved. Toiletries, esecially soap, were minimal. Hot water was unexpectedly VERY hot very quicky. It is a mixed blessing. Wish you could include a breakfast...
Location, walking distance to NU as well as Copely. Also conveniently near T stations
Lousy WiFi, location of elevator
Great location Big room
Weak hair dryer No breakfast
Walking distance to attractions. Good location. Good value for your money. Would stay at Midtown on another visit to Boston.
Walls were a little thin. Could hear some noise from adjacent room. Would not deter me from staying there again however.
Basic clean accommodations.
Lack of any real room service.
The hotel is nearly a metro station, bedroom clean
Maybe a little bit noisy in the bedrooms in the front side. Parking price (25 usd) but seems it is not expensive for Boston.
The staff's attitude at the reception not kind and not helping to understand the bill. A 50$ per night per person of extra charge at arriving (returned after check out).
Nice hotel Near Subway Clean
We like the location and the pricing. I liked the bed also. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We love that you have a garage.
The carpet in the lobby and halls is pretty dirty and spotted. It does not reflect a clean hotel. I think its time to replace it. It would also be great if you had a lobby coffee service with real milk.
It was affordable. Public parking. So if u have friends driving to, say Fenway, you can all park here for the same rate.
Very strict about check in time. Our room wasn't ready until 4pm.
Location near Prudential Center, value, friendly and helpful staff.
Dated rooms and decor, inconvenient stairs and elevators that inhibit access to rooms, cramped bathrooms. Completely inaccessible for disabled travelers.
Location was great , staff was friendly & helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
$25 a day parking is a bit high , especially after all the weird taxes that already appear on the Bill.
Location, room size. great stay
can't think of anything
To prize for what it is
Good location. Great Staff. Good for the money spent.
AC did not work well at all thus making the stay rather uncomfortable.
good room, nice pool, good location, decent price
terribly unfriendly staff -- we were there for four nights and the only friendly staff we encountered was an elderly gentleman who carried our baggage to our room on the first day, plus the cleaners receptionists and people in charge of city tours were terrible: not good-mornings, no hellos, not even a good-bye when we left!
Good location, large room, nice pool
No bar, basic furnishings but overall clean and fine for 3 night stay
Staff was quite good and location is excellent. Rooms are very spacious.
The bedding and sheets were scary. No Gym. No water to drink in the room. Lots of Air Conditioner's noise.
Walking distance to Fenway and metro lines, friendly and knowledgable staff. Super comfortable pillows!
Facilities were older, but clean.
Location, not noisy.
A bit tired rooms.
Price and location are the best for the buck. Was very happy with the place
Wi Fi was not very good. But that is weak dis like
