Woman checking us in very friendly :)
Good water pressure in shower.
Bed uncomfortable, TV broken, no Wi-Fi, no breakfast save coffee, dirty carpets, scary drunk workers.
comfortable bed coffee
old doughnuts need coffee pot in rooms
Seriously, from the moment we walked in the door a strong odor of mold/mildew was present. The room next to ours was being used for storage or was being redone. How do I know this you ask? The door was wide open all night letting in any critter looking for a place to sleep for the night. When I asked the woman at the front desk for an extra towel, she seemed aggravated with my request. I asked the same woman for a recommendation for a place to get a bite to eat, she again acted as if I was asking her to make me reservations and to drive us to the restaurant personally. We stayed at a hotel the previous night in Texas and paid $5 more, but the previous hotel was clean, had Wi-Fi, a pool and a warm, sit-down breakfast. I understand that this is a budget motel, but I expected friendly service and a clean room! Too much to ask? At this dump of a motel, apparently!!
Does not open for coffee until 7a
The BED was great. Best night of sleep I've had in years!
Not well staffed late at night.
The location was good and the amenities were OK for the price .
The beds were very uncomfortable . We were awaken in the morning by staff yelling very loudly in the parking lot at quest , because they had a pet on the premises . I understand enforcing rules but it could have been handled without the yelling and cussing in the morning
Cleanliness; cost; location
Beds were comfy.
Rude staff, trashy exterior, room floor felt like you were going to fall thru it, roon smelled like mold, bathroom door wouldnt close, and had to call 3 times to get the wifi password.(gave different one each time )
Good value for price.
Only cereal for breakfast.
Breakfast was a little spartan . Donuts tased like day old .
Location, close to interstate
No Heat, it was 30 degrees outside and I had reservations and the room was not heated and never heated up during the night, paper peeling off the wall, but I survived
Too close to the highway. Bathroom floor was "spongy" like you were going to fall through it! Got up the next morning went to the store, came back and couldn't get back in the room had to get room key redone at front office!
Good Value for price. Close to restaurant and Interstate.
Listed as Non-Smoking room - smelled like years old stale cigarette smoke!
After stating that I would not stay in the room that they assigned, they did finally relent and put me in a remodeled room.
The first room they put me in was totally unacceptable and probably the worst hotel room I have ever encountered. Advice, if staying there, check the room in advance to checking in!!!
Even thought the staff looked rough they were very accomadating.
The smoky smell of the room when we first opened the door. After we ran the fan the smell eased up. The slickness of the shower floor. I slipped, my husband (who has had a total hip replacement) slipped and my young daughter also slipped. I did put the matt in the shower to help us keep from falling.
close to shopping, highway and nice home style cooking restaurant, quiet and very clean. staff was very helpful and friendly. Hot water in shower with good water pressure, comfortable bed and pillows.
breakfast was from 6-11 am but at 9am out of everything.
Nice and convenient to Shepherd Hills cutlery. Cheapest motel in town.
Wake up service not dependable. Bring your own alarm clock.
Right on old Rte 66 with easy access to/ from freeway. Staff really friendly & have time to take time with my questions. Is quiet & has reasonably close access to all other facilities.
No complaints what so ever
Price and close to Hwy.
Ice machine was broken
