Steve at the desk.

The desk clerk steve and the housekeeper were the only effective professionals. The manager is not on the premises all weekend so if you have any issue. Forget it, too bad. The manager and Brian were cold, rude and useless. Definitely would not recommend. The staff sucked. It was very unpleasant. The shower didn't work and then the toilet. For two days we walked the halls using a bathroom in a single room which our bathroom room changed They offered us a room in the back of the hotel overlooking the side of a building. We declined and Asked for the accommodation of one night compted. The manager via phone declined and eventually gave us $100 off out of $465 mostly no apologies, what a nightmare. Fiasco after fiasco. I was charged more upfront for paying cash. This staff and policy put a stressful damper on an otherwise fun trip.

Very convenient location next to Westfield shopping center. Good value for money. Clean. I requested a quiet room away from street noise and elevator, so they graciously upgraded me from Queen to King room to accommodate my request. Then shortly after I got to my room, the front desk called me to make sure that I was happy with the room. Excellent customer service!

The mattress was too firm.

First room smelled of smoke moved to a different room maintenance man sprayed with air freshener so strongly I couldnt breath bathroom tub dirty, asked for help with the light the same man turned it on and when we asked how he did it he said magic and just left without telling us asked for cab service they refused to call us a cab. Wont stay here again

Location is perfect, just few steps from bart station and cable car stop

The room furniture gives the feeling like it's a very cheap place.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious.

Front desk was not helpful in getting transportation (ie; cab) or providing suggestions for places to eat, see or things to do.

Convenient location just a few steps from Powell station, spacious comfortable room.

Room not absolutely clean, a lot of dirt under the beds and sink. Shower curtain bar not properly fixed. No complimentary breakfast, exercising facilities closed.

I like the location. It was very close to the subway stop of Powell, to the stop of the cable car and also to many stops of different street cars.

The room was small and old furnished. The wifi is not free, even if it doesn't cost a lot, but it is free in the thai restaurant inside the hotel (why?). I would not suggest the hotel for a romantic trip (it is too modest for that), but for a city trip it has a strategic location.

Location was amazing. It was a bit of a walk from the ball park, but we did it. It was close to shopping and food. Front desk was super nice. Just hard to get into valet, but that's sf. Room was a bit stuffy but I think that was because we were on the sun-side. Other than that, loved it!

great location, clean rooms

35$ for 1 day parking is too expensive, there is a parking 500m down the hotel for 10$. We had to wait for the car 30min. everytime we need, because they park the car out of town?! Our gas was reduced because of the parking issue. The TV in the room was older than my father.
