Steve at the desk.

The desk clerk steve and the housekeeper were the only effective professionals. The manager is not on the premises all weekend so if you have any issue. Forget it, too bad. The manager and Brian were cold, rude and useless. Definitely would not recommend. The staff sucked. It was very unpleasant. The shower didn't work and then the toilet. For two days we walked the halls using a bathroom in a single room which our bathroom room changed They offered us a room in the back of the hotel overlooking the side of a building. We declined and Asked for the accommodation of one night compted. The manager via phone declined and eventually gave us $100 off out of $465 mostly no apologies, what a nightmare. Fiasco after fiasco. I was charged more upfront for paying cash. This staff and policy put a stressful damper on an otherwise fun trip.

Nothing! This hotel was horriblle with a rude staff

Location to Union Square, Mint Plaza and the Moscone Center were excellent. Staff was friendly, prompt and professional.

$35.00 for overnight parking seems steep, but we realize it's the City.

price for a nice hotel in a good area was reasonable

they cleaned the carpet on my floor while i was there and it didnt seem to dry for a few days.

There is really nothing good to say about the Hotel Milano.

Terrible service. The front desk lady called us at 2:30am to ask us what credit card we would like to use and then argued with us when we asked her if we could resolve the situation when we were not sleeping. No common sense whatsoever. Awful!

The staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The room was quiet. The bar & restaurant were fun and the food was good.

The room definitely needs a new television.

Bad service. Given the price of the hotel, it was grossly understaffed and the staff was harrassed resulting in poor service

Liked it there the first time, we decided to stay there again a second time. Great value for your money. We will be staying there again.

The initial budget rate would have been excellent value had the facilities been as advertised.

Communication between staff seemed non existent as problems were not acted on (room safe, spa). We only booked this hotel as opposed to others because of the advertised facilities none of which in the spa were fully functioning. As such it was for us an overpriced bedroom, which became ridiculouly priced after a few nights so we moved. We could have had the same elsewhere much cheaper, and did, 5 nights for the equivalent of 1.
