Nothing absolute nightmare. Dope dealing in the parking lot, cat hair all over in a room, comforter torn. This was the worse place I have ever been to. The other place they let us stay you couldn't sleep for there was drug dealing there also and we saw a domestic dispute which envolved around 5 different cops. I don't recommend anyone to rent a place from the owner of this place unless you're alright with feeling uncomforterable. It was a disaster and we left two days early with no refund... The owner is a slum lord.... Booking.com should remove her from the listings because she has false advertisement. It was suppose to have a pool and hot tub, pool looked ok but hot tub was green and nasty looking and the other place she owned both pool and hot tub were dirty and nasty.

Did not like one single thing about this dump. This motel is horrible. It's dirty, roaches in room, drug addicts live there. Debris and clutter everywhere. Door handle unsecure, badly stocked kitchen, excess furniture and TV's in room and we were told this is the best room.

Very spacious and semi-clean rooms, with kitchen and family room Walls are thin and can hear downstairs room talking etc...noisy tenants with motorcycles talking loud, carpets are still dirty/soily... i will not go there again!

Bedspread ripped, holes in walls, cockroaches, dirty furniture, fridge leaked warter on floor, burners on stove didnt work, worst motel I have stayed in in years, other guests left trash on balconies that was not picked up. Disgusting!!!!

When I arrived I was a little tired from the long drive the room wasnt fit for my needs ,the next day I told the manager ,sandy not only did she gave me credit for one night she up graded me to a bigger room ( suite ) thank you I will be back ...

Nothing after the double billing, listen to your customer when they tell you what they know!!! I was double billed and the staff dropped the ball trying to resolve the situation, an almost "care less" attitude

The shower had hot water and good water pressure. The refridgerator/freezer worked well as did the a/C. That is the only good things I have to say regarding the Miles Motel. I would never recommend this motel to anyone. I booked a smoking ground floor room at Miles because they advertise a hot tub. The hot tub is a 3 foot pool with floating debrie and was not heated nor had any jets or bubbles. They did not give me a smoking room either. The room had roaches and bugs in the room with the lights on or off. The mattresses were extremely old and were crushed at the edges.

Was run down not very clean had to repeatly ask to have our room cleaned every day.some shady like apartments or something behind hotel think they were selling drugs back there. I would never stay there again or tell anyone to stay there. I would take it off my website if I were you.It was a totally dive I really felt they should have paid me to stay there.
